    I was impressed with the long list and variety of exercises that come with this app. I thought it would be offered by the same person and thus giving continuity of a workout. It turns out, it's a collection of YouTube videos by a bunch of different people. Some of them use equipment you probably have – like handweights, but some of them are at the gym, and that's not equipment I have in my home. Save your money and searched YouTube yourself.

    The app has potential and needs work. Personally, I don't want to choose one of the offered programs in and find out that it's one that is a 'let me show you how to do these and you can do them later on your own', I like to work out with it. Also, the tutorial states you can change the videos, add user notes, sort by title/user notes/activity but it dose not work. It would be great to have a Bosu app which you can select any workout provided, have the instructor workout with you, and make notes on your personal experience of the workout.
