  • Only one thing would make this better

    By Therianboi
Great game. Played it back in the day and I continue to purchase it on every console it appears on. If this would make the jump to TVOS on the Apple TV it would be perfect.
  • Nice but...

    By SJackson7
Great game and all, but it needs an option to max out all material owned just like the instant level up and max gil. I would like to play for the story and not spend countless hours in the final dungeon trying to max KotR lol. I played this game when it came out so there’s a lot of nostalgia. This would be a great option for throes that want to relive the glory days of the PS1.
  • Not updated in years, no iPhone X, XS or XR support.

    By brock2621
Square is so lazy with these apps. They do a quick money grab and have zero support for them after 1 week of release. Update your products to work or stop selling them
  • Disappointing

Can’t sneak out of Aeris’s room. YouTube guide stops there. Wouldn’t recommend it.
  • Great game

The game still lives up after all these years. The best part to me was always the music and the gameplay. I haven’t noticed any issues with this port but it does play a little different than on controller. Just remember what task you are doing cause sometimes you can get lost. Great game!
  • Must buy!

    By jamogolec
I must say that I didn’t have the highest hopes going into this, because this was my first final fantasy, and first jrpg. The only reason I decided to play it was because I had an itunes gift card. After beating this game, this has become my favorite game ever. The graphics in the cinematics look great, but not in gameplay. The battle system is near perfect, and the story is the best I have ever seen. I loved it so much in fact, that I am going to play all the other final fantasy games. A phenomenal game.
  • Ipad Pro 12.9” there’s no sound

    By Rivcogent
I just bought the game for $15 and there’s no sound at all for the game. I was hoping to hear all the iconic sounds all over again but nothing. Please release a fix for this!
  • The memories

    By philokoli
I find it smooth for a port, and it is very fun. I enjoy it so far.
  • May be coincidence???

    By Ipod from Hell
It may be coincidence but I’ve went through 2 phones in the last month. Every time I’ve gotten to somewhere around disc 2, my phone has crashed. ??? I love the game but figured that I had better not try it a third time.
  • Lack of screen options

    By QwertyCake
This is a decent port. All the main stuff is there but beware the screen is built for the older phone models. It's much smaller and you can't remove the blue bars. You can't even recolor the blue bars black! This is terrible design as it causes constant eye strain between the tiny screen and blue bars. The blue is just too bright. This was one of the few IOS games that made me physically ill. Unplayable in this state for me. Really sad since SE usually has great support for their apps. Amazing that one of their most popular games was left in such bad shape. When you add in the lack of full touch integration this port should be avoided at all cost. Not worth the money at all.
