  • Not good on iPhone

The idea of being able to access any beach body workout at any time is a good idea, but the app needs some work. It seems like any time I pause the video for more than a minute or so it will not unpause. It’s really annoying when the whole concept of Beachbody is “keep pushing play” meaning press pause when needed. You have to constantly restart the workout and try and fast forward to where you were. This happens no matter if I am steaming or I have the video saved to my phone. The unpausing problem does not happen on my RokuTV so I think it is just a phone issue. I would also like to see the ability to save your workout stats in the app. It’s nice that they provide the pdf of the workout routine , but they could streamline it by allowing you to track your progress in the app.
  • Please add 80 Day Obsession to Apple Watch

  • Videos are unwatchable

I got the app for 80 Day Obsession to take on the road and the videos won't download. The ones that do are unwatchable. There definitely needs to be some tech advances on it.
  • Amazing!

  • It's great

It is awesome to be able to work out without the need of having a tv and a DVD player. I can now workout anywhere in my house and can choose any workout I want
  • App rarely works

I’ve had the BOD app for nearly a year now and it’s definitely been frustrating. It worked pretty good the first month or two then started freezing, or simply not working. I’ve hardly been able to complete a single work out since September as the app won’t load content. If it does load content the stream quality is awful, picture freezes and you can’t actually see what’s happening. The sound gets crappy and it eventually quits. I’ve tried multiple devices and have the same experience on all of my devices. I’ve cleared cookies, history, reset our router, and bought a new router so only my phone was connected to it so it wasn’t slowed by other devices. Super annoying. I’ve also attempted to download workouts and the downloaded ones won’t work either. They won’t open or play so you are pretty much SOL for a workout.

The reason I joined Beachbody was because I was told all about the wonderful work out videos and how you can download them from the app making it possible to watch anywhere from your phone or iPad. I joined in October 2017 and the app worked well for me until I wanted to do A little Obsessed. That was in December. Since then I haven’t been able to download any videos without them coming out blurry. I have contacted costumer service three times. The second time they told me that it was the first time that they even knew about the issue. What?! Then the third time I was told the same thing as the first time, “This is a known problem and our technical staff is working on it. Please be patient.” How much longer do I need to be patient? Another month? Two months? At least give us some kind of an update on the progress of what your technical service is doing. I’ve heard that I can unsubscribe but I won’t get my money back. I was really looking forward to the 80 Day Obsession and will try to figure out how to be able to watch it instead of downloading it to my phone. If this isn’t resolved, I won’t be renewing my membership next year. I think it is poor business when you offer a product and you don’t get what is advertised. I’m not even sure if that is legal.
  • Please fix this app

    By rknrlgrl
I just signed on to beachbody and I absolutely love the work outs but I'm having a really hard time getting the app to load and once it does it's so pixelated I can't even make out the moves! If I go through just the web I don't seem to have the same issue but I cannot stream via chrome cast if I sign in through the web. Please fix as I really don't want to cancel my subscription.
  • Finally!!!

I've been waiting for this app for so long I love Beachbody products since '07 when my wife introduced me to turbo jam I have been taking bits and pieces of different workouts to to when I'm traveling. And now I got all my favorite trainers in my freaking pocket. Much love to the whole BOD crew for bringing so much of what I love into a portable medium #pressplay
  • Irritated

Just tried to resubscribed from my iPhone and now it’s sending me in a loop, Beachbody has no idea what to do to help me, and I’ve been on hold with Apple so far for 43 minutes to figure out what’s going on. I could’ve already been done with the work out with how much I’ve been messing around getting it to work. Tells me to my info doesn’t match, I go to restore and I says I need to set up a new account so I go to set a new account up then it tells me the person is already a subscriber then goes on to tell me to log in again.
