  • Great App but have some feedback

    Used it one day (literally) and bought a years subscription ($50). Would like to see a stretch option (before/after). Would also think it would beneficial for the app to ask the user how the muscle group(s) are feeling (recovered) the next day and possibly incorporate a stretching regimen to solve the “stiff” or sore muscle groups from the previous days work out. Overall (so far) its a great app. Does that mean i get a little refund 🤔😁 Update-can we get an option to add an exercise? I wanted to do hammer curls with the rope but theres no exercise in the app for that work out....
  • Problems with workouts

    I have been using this app and paying for the monthly subscription for more than 3 months already. At first, I loved everything about it, but now it is giving me the same constant bugs over and over again and it gets to the point where I’m actually losing my time and patience trying to make the app to work properly. I wish you could fix this since this is an app with very good potential.
  • Tracks and pushes you

    Great way to track weight, and proposes new weights to keep you progressing. The variety of workouts is a great addition to someone flying without experience. Learn new routines. It is great that it tracks your muscle fatigue too. FYI — right now, my quads burn and it says my quads are 9% recovered. Great app. ;)

    All my issues were solved within few days once I contacted support via mail. The only thing I can complain about is that I didnt find how to contact via phone app - had to do via browser. Great trainer app!

    Great app! Smart about planning your workouts, taking into account your fitness level and past performance, and using available equipment. Also allows you to make substitutions on the fly. I looked at many apps and this is the closest thing I’ve found to having a human trainer!

    Using just the free version of the app I got so fit people were coming up to me asking what program I was doing and if I was going to CrossFit. I don’t progress as quickly as the app directs me to, but that’s fine. It remembers my workouts and keeps me in track. Then, I lost my job of over 20 years. I sat on the couch the whole winter like a pathetic loser. Just started back in a couple weeks ago, adjusted the recommended weights and moving right along. Love this app! Highly recommend!

    This app has been really great and useful, but there definitely needs to be a lot more exercises added. I find myself having to select the ones they provide and leaving a note to remind myself that I’m really going to be doing something else, or modifying the exercise because the options already provided are so limited. Just add more exercises and it’ll be fine.
