    I have used many workout apps and Workout programs (Beachbody) over the years. I took up triathlons in the last few years and used some body weight apps during that time. However, after completing a half-Ironman in May I felt like I needed to incorporate more strength training before my next full. I wished this app had been available for the last decade. Here are the pros: -dynamically changes your workouts based on the muscles groups that are most rested. It will pull in other Strava workouts to factor in as well. -workouts are diverse. Some of the moves I would not have considered on my own. -you select the equipment you have to determine the workouts. You can even have multiple gyms allowing you to change the workout on the fly and thus the routine changes. -app posts a summary of your workout with appropriate photo to Strava. - app incorporates supersets and circuits nicely. Cons: -cancelling an individual exercise in a workout should be easier. I do think a year of subscription should only cost $50.00 dollars per year but, there is a real value here. If you are tired of constantly altering your own routine and struggle to avoid using some muscle groups too often (hello leg fatigue), give this app a trial.

    Looked over and over for an app I could use with my home gym. I have basically wasted a bunch of $$ trying out about 10 others until I found this one and if I have a particular exercise I can not do for what ever reason, they have a replacement exercise. First app I have stayed with

    I work out 6 times a week an was looking for something to help me track, an yes the download is free but as soon as you select start workout for the first time it spams your phone with subscription details an wont let you use it unless you subscribe to the monthly or yearly program! 10$ a month or 60$ a year! I was trying to cancel the app completely when it said i automatically subscribed to the yearly program when i didnt use the app one time so if im charged 60$ this company will be hearing from me!

    Been trying different routes to keep track of my workouts. I love this app because it was free and let me track everything and now they are making it a cash cow. Could we get a decent app for free to keep track of our workouts! Sorry but already we pay for the gym membership, we have to lower and pay more for our food that we ate to have a healthy diet and now paying for a workout tracker apps. Sorry but I have to draw the line somewhere and that why I had to give you just one star. My recommendation it’s go somewhere else, you have to pay monthly subscription for this app where we almost pay everywhere for everything.

    This used to be a dependable great app to use. After the last few updates the app continues to crash, the timers for some reason turns off automatically and when you sync from Apple Watch to phone after your workout, a few times the app crashes and you basically have no choice but to manually record you workout. Tried the typical remove and reload app on phone and watch and problems still there.

    The app works well for me to log and track workouts that I want to do. I also like how I can adjust, add or change lifts to what my goals are for the day. My one recommendation is to add a graph/table with my PRs so I can see my overall progression over time. I know it already calculates it and shows it in the historical workout, but it’s not a convenient way to review my weekly progression. Thanks for the great lifts, I’d recommend it to anyone that is eager to build their own gym plan.

    There are a few improvements that can be made: - Better seamless syncing with apple watch series 4 -‘workout sense’ as in compounds first before isolation exercises -previous little bugs for login through fb and apple health data migration. Like other users reviewers have said, you have to adjust the order and weights of your workouts which does defeat the purpose of the machine learning algorithm this app is meant to do. However I don’t mind tweaking the workouts. I have rest sets anyway and i can create different workout variations from a pretty comprehensive list of exercises. Overall a great app for beginner to intermediate lifters. Advanced lifters a maybe. Try it out for a month
