    I love this app. Seriously, it’s great. I don’t usually subscribe to apps that cost money, but this is so worth it. I use this along with my Lose It! App and I feel great and look great. Highly recommend
  • Amazing app but...

    The workout plans are great. It helped me lose inches and it keeps my muscles well worked out. It also taught me new moves so I’m not always doing the same repetitive stuff. I do wish the app would allow you to tailor the weights in your gym though. So for example while you allow me to add or remove certain workout equipment that my gym does not have, you’d allow me to also tell you what are the max weights in my gym, e.g. the workout tells me to use a 75 lbs barbell but my gym only has a max of 60. Thanks!

    But here for the last week the app has been glitching and it keeps repeating the same workout. Well yesterday 6/17/19 I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it is still doing the same thing. Please FIX ASAP!!!!’

    I use this app almost everyday! Love it so much! Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it's so glitchy and not very smooth. Very frustrating to use sometimes. All in all, I suggest this app. Best fitness app I've used! Love the new features that come out, just please fix the bugs 🐞 PS. Would love to see body measurment incorporated into this app (weight, inches, body fat percentage) so it's an all in one app! Keep up the great work!

    I totally love this app... I was a runner my whole life, but this app has made getting back into the gym so much easier! Now I don’t feel weird going in and not knowing what to do. I just wish that they would post the next few days workouts onto your calendar rather then the day of. If that change was made, even the next days workout, I would give it a 5th star!
  • Great App for Training Plan

    My only complaint is that, as a female, the weight recommendations are typically inaccurate even after using the app for awhile. I’m not sure if it’s gender specific, or if the app just doesn’t do a great job of adjusting for weight per reps. IE, if I’m repping 6 at a higher weight, the suggested higher rep weight is inappropriate and not decreased enough. Again, not sure if that adjustment occurs properly for men, but it doesn’t seem to work for me! Other than that, I LOVE planning my workouts. The library is more than adequate, and I appreciate the vids that are available to check form.
  • Pushes my workouts better than any app I’ve tried so far

    This app is great for setting up workouts but more importantly tracking progress. Theres nothing more annoying than carrying around a note book and writing stuff down. This app does all the hard work for you. The only thing keeping this app from 5 stars is that they need to add a hot key button so you can easily see all your workouts. Took me awhile to figure out you have to tap on the little star to bring them all up.
  • Great workout, software is very buggy

    I love the exercises which is the only reason I stick with the app. Intermittently it wants to move to the next exercise after each set so I have to go back. This causes you to lose the timer. I sent several emails with pictures and I did get a response but they couldn’t solve the problem and didn’t seem very interested in solving it. My guess is that they don’t have a solution
  • Good for tracking.

    Good for tracking workouts but does generate the same bland exercises. With every update the app gets more lagy and cumbersome. When entering the sets and weights the app fights you to change any of the preloaded info. Sometimes it will not let you change bodyparts for some reason. The app is ok for beginners but I would try another for anyone else.
  • Too many bugs and glitches!!!

    Since the last two updates, all it does is glitch and crash. The only way to change the suggested workout of the day is to select the muscle groups that you want, then add exercise, hit cancel, and then the app will give you workouts based on your selection. However, it can take 1-10 minutes for the workouts to appear. Then it freezes and glitches until it starts to work as advertised. Please put out a patch to fix this app! Overall I love it, but a good 10 mins of my workout is waiting for the app to work!
