    This app is well designed to help individuals use their time in the gym efficiently, the ability to edit pre-existing workouts to best fit your goals, including setting up supersets is very convenient, and the videos showing proper form are very important. If I was asked what features I would like to see and future versions, it would be nice if this app talked to my fit bit app and Health app on my iPhone.

    The predesigned workouts are limited; there are no workouts for just biceps or triceps, and the effectiveness of the workouts are questionable. It’s a pain to design your own workouts.

    This app is good overall but limiting in a couple of important ways: The first is an annoying problem of a small bug that causes the app to either crash or return to the beginning of a workout should I need to skip an exercise and try to come back to it later. The second is a much larger issue of lack of workouts within each program. Most of the programs have one or two (sometimes three or four) days of various activities. This means, for example, after you’ve completed the second day of “Mass Gains option 1” then you either have to repeat the day one activities or find a totally different program. This app would be FANTASTIC if there were more days of workouts within each preset program. Lack of variety creates plateaus and boredom and asymmetric results. Please consider making these changes and I would gladly rate 5 stars

    I liked everything like the videos and example for a beginner. However, I was disappointed by the lack of female oriented exercises. Too male based for me. I wanted something more relevant towards my goals
