    I’m a new user, only a few days. But, so far I love everything. Easy to follow workouts and easy to use app. I love how I can listen to my Amazon Prime music while this app is going too. I hope to continue to use it and get fit!

    It’s honestly only my second day of full workouts BUT my legs are still sore from Monday, I skipped Wednesday bc of being sick but got back on it Wednesday and I’m loving it. I only have my lunch break so the shorter workouts are great for me. I feel so much better looking at the exercise being performed before I start so I know what I’m doing! I enjoy that I have my workout planned versus going to the gym and just doing whatever and usually did repetitive workouts. I can’t wait to see my progress as I go!

    I love this app! I love that workouts on here and the app is super easy to use and pretty straight forward. The workouts are super fun and hard which I love! :) I really suggest getting the app and following the pwr program!
