“Problem processing payment” both for PayPal AND my debit card, of which BOTH accounts have AMPLE funds. No “verification email” sent, but asking me to verify?!? First and LAST attempt to utilize this crappy “service”

Tried for 4 hours now to get food each order has been cancelled and no one even seems to care
  • Worst Food Delivery Service EVER!

    By Shoshanna J
Deleting this app once I make sure I get my refund back. Ordered at 2 am for a restaurant that was supposed to be a 20-30 minute delivery altogether. 45 minutes later, I call customer service and I’m told to wait for another 10-15 minutes. An hour in, I call them back to get my money back. Nowhere in the app is there any update as to what’s going on with the food. I can’t understand why there is such a high overall rating for this app, when you can see mostly 1-2 star reviews upon scrolling down.
  • Terrible App

    By TrvppGaming
Theres always one problem after another every single day and they wanna disable my account for no reason and not letting me get it back nor letting me make a new account this app is terrible. Can’t wait till Lyft make something like this cause Uber is going down the drain!!!!

These drivers are pretty quick and I haven’t had a problem with a single one of them!
  • Really Nice Drivers

    By Jesastar
I have ordered from multiple restaurants and each time the drivers are extremely nice and very good for this job. One time my address was wrong and the young man who delivered was so nice and really went above and beyond.
  • Ugh 🤦🏾‍♀️

I feel like one thing you should not do is play with a hungry customers emotions and food... this is the second time this has happened and I’m so upset and hungry. I ordered food at 9:27 my food was originally set to be at my house at 9:50... they delayed the time to 9:54 then 9:57 I told myself ,because I knew where this was going, if it gets pushed to 10:00 I’m calling so I am cancel my order and go to bed. I called and told them I wanted to cancel and they told me I couldn’t cause I’d still be charged Because the food was still being prepared... it doesn’t take an hour to Whipp up some fries and a burger it was 9:48 at this point so I decided to wait although I knew my food wasn’t coming. Then they delayed it for another half hour because they couldn’t find a driver. IF THERE ARE NO DRIVERS IN THE AREA WHY DO YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO ORDER... I’m very frustrated because this is the second instance I e had where there is an issue with having a driver... it is an absolute waste of a customers time if you allow them to order, get their hopes up, and plan their time around getting their food in a timely manner. If there are no drivers online don’t allow someone to order that’s simple. That’s like you the founder of Uber asking for a loan from bank for start up costs and they say sure give us a few days to gather that for you and you end up waiting for a month for them to tell you they can’t gather all of the money but wait a few more days while we scrounge around... you see not very good customer service because you waited for a month when you could’ve been done a month ago had you gone somewhere else. Bottom line I’ll never use it again🤷🏾‍♀️💔
