  • The Alarm doesn’t go off

The update changed a bunch of things with this app. Now the alarm doesn’t go off most of the time. If it does go off, it doesn’t play the assigned alarm sound half the time, so instead of getting a more gentle tone to wake up with I get a jarring noise that startles me. The sleep tracker portion is good, but I’m not sure how reliable it is, based off of the other bugs. I’m looking for a different app and deleting this one.

I’ve used this app for my alarm for almost a year now and it’s been great! I think it tracks my sleep decently because I wake up a lot during the night and it shows that. My only problem is that with the most recent update the app now takes almost 5 minutes to load when I try to open it. It seems to take longer to load every time I open it and it’s just getting annoying now... other than that, though, I love this app and have referred many friends to it!

So I really love this app. Wakes me up every time but lately it has been super slow. Takes me 5 minutes just to open the app before it even loads and then takes five minutes after I set the alarm to show on the screen. It’s really annoying but other than that, great app!!

I'm certainly glad I set my normal alarm clock. This one did not wake me up. The cycle tracker didn't work either.
  • Worked but no longer.

It was great before the new update. Now when I turn on YouTube in the background, the BASIC FUNCTION of an alarm does not work. I never was a fan of the stats they told you so the add on there didn’t intrigue me. But like I said, the basic function no longer works with YouTube in the background as it silences the alarm. The rest of the phone will have full volume, but not the app.
  • Cancel too confusing and did not give information needed.

I used for 5-6 nights and did not supply information about sleep that I was curious about and needed for sleep health. I would like to CANCEL. At this time.

The accuracy of this app was already questionable, but the new update seems a bit worse. They’ve added a few features, but you have to pay for them. You even have to pay for sleep analysis, which used to be a free feature. Also, the quality rating of your sleep is now shown as a percentage. Percentage of what? Still, it’s somewhat useful, even with the drawbacks.
  • Used to be great before Sleepzy update

When this app was Good Morning it worked great (the only reason I would give it 2 stars over 1). Since they updated, it takes forever for the app to set the alarm due to forced closes and spinning wheels, and has this annoying red bar across the top of the phone if you try to visit another app. Now, they also want you to pay for features that were free previously? Why would I pay for an app that’s glitchy and doesn’t work as well as it did before?!
