  • Awful customer service

Last week I made a purchase in the app and I still haven’t gotten what I paid for. I contacted customer support twice and haven’t heard back beyond a confirmation email. I enjoy the game, but don’t buy anything from them.

  • Impossible challenges, only way to advance after first few levels is to spend $$$$

I really enjoyed this game at first. I've even found myself compelled to buy extra rolls and gems to compete challenges. But it is absolutely ridiculous that you can't make any real progress after the first few levels without spending $7-15 for enough extra rolls to enjoy game play for maybe an extra 30-60 minutes (total). The max number of rolls every hour that you accumulate is 4. Your total max is 50. Both those numbers should be SIGNIFICANTLY higher. 4 rolls might last 30 seconds. It takes 12 hours to get 50 rolls - which might last you 10-15 of play... (Or less!) You might be thinking okay - 10-15 minutes a day is good... But then you reach the point in the game where you need millions of coins to upgrade a single building - you might use all your rolls and still not earn enough coins... And when you leave the coins in your bank other players steal them through two different ways, so you can expect less than half to be there when you come back.. So the only way to keep advancing is to spend real money - the cheapest package is like $5. For what? 5- extra minutes (maybe) of play? And hoping no one steals from you before you can use those rolls you paid real money for. Sad - because this game has a lot of potential work some simple changes... Maybe 4 rolls per minute but still max out at 50...

great game but I wish I got what I paid for. Made an in game purchase and never got anything for it. Put a request into their developers and haven’t gotten a response. So if you don’t purchase anything it’s a perfect game but if you do they will just take you money with nothing in return. If I get what I paid for I’ll change it to 5 stars and make it an awesome review.

I love this game. It’s addicting and amazing and fun. I do have a problem. I purchased the 4.99 rolls and I didn’t get any of the rolls or gems. They charged my card and I’d either like my money back or my rolls.

I loved the game, it was very addictive. I rarely make in app purchases, but I did for this game . I made 2 purchases of bundle 4 for 3.99 but was only given 1 , however, my card was charged twice . I’ve tried to contact support but I don’t even see the option of actually speaking to or contacting a real person, only FAQs. For that and the run around I quit and give it 1 star
  • The game will steal your gems

The game steals your gems. You have he option to supplement building with gems, however it does not ask if you want to use them, the game will just take them if you click too many times. Terrible, predatory design.
