    Since switching from a Fitbit to an Apple watch I have been trying to find a comparable way to track my sleep and this app does it. I actually prefer it because it's a bit more detailed. It is way more accurate than the other Apple apps I have tried and it is free!

    I have always struggled with sleeping and I wasn’t sure how much I was actually getting. I got the watch and got the sleep app and love it. I’m getting a better idea of my sleep pattern and how to get a better nights sleep. I highly recommend getting it!!!

    The app doesn’t track my sleeping time accurately. I’ve been using it for a year already and it never tracked my sleeping time accurately.

    The only downside is having to wear your watch in your sleep but for the most part 9/10 it’s accurate on detecting an approximate time of when you fell asleep/wake up. Would definitely recommend for sleep monitoring!

    If I sleep from 11-3am and then get up to pee, it only counts 3am as the time I first went to sleep. So it keeps telling me I slept fewer hours total and fewer restful hours. I’m currently night training a toddler. So I have to be u at 11 and at 3... seems the thing should know that from 11-3 I’m asleep, not just hanging out.
