  • I’m amazed.

Using this app for 5 minutes makes me feel more responsible. It’s a pretty amazing app.
  • Can’t even use it

    By bjayne613
If I could give this app no stars I would because I haven’t been able to get past the sign up page. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it several times and each time it doesn’t let me sign up and says to try again I wait and try again later and it still doesn’t work! Horrible app
  • Capital One!

Super disappointed that they’re not using Capital One. I hear so many great things through many financial podcasts and professionals. Clarity — please get on it soon!!
  • Unable to use

    By victoriabouts
The app is very pretty, and sends some really good notifications. I’m giving three stars because the one credit card I use, is not available on this app, which makes it hard to truly track expenses.
  • No Capital One

By First time with Capital One
This app seems to be very nice. But since they don’t work with Capital One I’m not able to see any benefits for myself with it. Frustrating
  • Unable to create an account - Nothing from support.

08/15/18 Nearly an entire year later, I now get a response to the original inquiry. There is no longer interest in even trying the app again. One point that was made was mentioned was that they do not allow VPN. Any tool can be abused by those with bad intention, yet you do not see banks preventing use of cars near their bank just because those with bad intentions would use a car as a getaway vehicle. VPNs are legitimate tools for everyone, not just those with poor intention. 12/29/17 Had a response to this review asking me to contact support - the same that was used in the past. ? 12/28/17 Several days/weeks and ways tried to create an account, each time being met with the message “Well, that was unexpected. We hate it when that happens, too. But we’re unable to process tour request right now. Give it some time and try again later.” Submitted request for support after initially encountering this message, and have yet to hear back.
  • Too many bugs trying to set up accounts

    By makenji
Unless you can link all your key accounts this tool is useless. Too many connection errors trying to get everything consolidated and their help section is pointless telling to make sure you can log into your other account like their app could never be the problem. Lost patience with it and deleted it. Bye.
  • Too long to update

    By Hollyliz15
I like the app. The layout is very pleasing and it’s useful but it takes a very long time to sync to my account, like 5-7 days. So the information is not accurate of how much I have spend in the past few days or how weeks because it takes so long to catch up.
  • Great App, But Doesn’t Do Enough

    By Scrappyz
I enjoyed this App, however, it doesn’t do much of anything. The only thing it does for me is find subscriptions and offer a way to cancel them. It monitors your transactions, but that’s it. I currently use Mint and Prism. Two similar Apps in the market that do MORE. I use Mint to monitor my finances and Prism for Bill Pay. I love the idea behind Clarity Money and I would love to see them offer more in the App than others are currently offering such as Bill Pay, and a UI similar to Mint. I deleted my account because I realized I don’t use it anymore because of the lack of ability at its current state.
