  • Another useless “money app”

    By NaurelIl
Doesn’t update. I made a large cash deposit and it wouldn’t sync with my bank to update my new balance, doesn’t work with adding numerous different accounts (kept saying the password was incorrect for the account (which it wasn’t) or kept saying it couldn’t connect) Another useless money app exactly like Mint etc.
  • It’s great but not comprehensive

    By brownsugav
I love the interface, tips, and tools provided. I downloaded the app to have a clear view of all my accounts. My only problem and main reason I’m deleting the app is due to sync issues and some banks not being available. I want to be able to see most if not all my accounts. I understand some smaller banks may not be on there but CapitalOne isn’t either. That’s my second most important account other than Citibank. I want to keep the app, but I will still have to use another app as well which defeats the purpose of why I downloaded this app. So until they add this bank I won’t be able to use them.
  • Pie charts are useless. Column charts help compare expenses

Prosper had it. Please have that. However good your graphics might be. It's useless
  • Faulty!! Cannot recommend

I loved this app as a college student out of state. It helped me balance two bank accounts and see all my transactions. The trouble started when I opened a “clarity money savings account”. Due to graduating and moving back home, I had to close the bank account that I used in the state where I lived for college. Unfortunately that was the account that “clarity money savings” was drawing from. And now that the account is closed I’ve no way to withdraw my money from the savings account! There is also no help from the “support” team at clarity money, I’ve tried their live chat thing & emailing! The live chat robots are no help and say the same thing over and over and emailing does absolutely nothing, haven’t gotten a response at all! The app is too faulty in my opinion. I strongly suggest that if you use this app and especially the savings feature, withdraw your money now! Or make sure you withdraw your money from clarity savings before you close your account because you’ll get zero help from the “support” team (that probably doesn’t even exist) and you won’t get your money. A few suggestions for the developer: #1 make it easier to transfer money in the savings account to a different account that is linked on the app, especially after the one that the savings account is drawing from has been closed. #2 have a phone number for support and trouble shooting. It sure would be nice to talk to a real person to find out how to get my money back!!!!
  • Great App with a huge lag

    By TFerg29
I love this app. Being able to look at all my accounts through one app instead of having to open each individual app. So it saves time in that sense. And also it is able to break down your spending into categories which helps if you are trying to budget. Although this app is really good, I noticed recently that it can take up to a week for my accounts to update, which can be annoying. Due to this I had to resort back to my individual accounts in order to see my updated balances.
  • Peace of Mind

Clarity Money doesn’t reinvent money management, they simplify it. They make it easy to see where your money is going every month, and allow you to track the weaknesses in your budget in order to improve spending in the future. I’m confident in my finances, but with this app I have peace of mind knowing I can track my day to day and have that extra reassurance.
  • Clean looking but Empower is way better

    By Ppppppppipipit
I was looking for an alternative to Mint that is simple, clean and minimalistic. I really wanted to love this app but they weren’t able to link my investment account or a couple credit cards. Empower was a great app I downloaded at the same time and was exactly what I was looking for.
  • U.S only?

    By Drageaux
Why should my location dictate whether I can use this app or not? If I have a American bank account, I should be able to use it. Learn from Intuit's Mint app. EDIT: Yeah well if I can't even login, I can't use ANY of the features
  • Clear but not comprehensive

Clear overall view of personal finance but wonder why capital one is not linked up.
  • Capital One

    By preissdon
Works pretty well unless you have capital one. Haven’t been able to link for 45 days so pretty much useless for me at this point.
