  • Needs key fixes

    During regular games, when you hit the ball to the outfield and have runners on the base paths, you sporadically get the option of whether or not to send them. This should always be an option for the user. Additionally, in Walk Off Hero mode, you NEVER get this option, no matter what. You should have this option every time as well.

    Been playing this game for quite some time, it's fun for what it is, I c ppl complaining about stuff, remember it's a game on your phone not a PS4...side note I wish for different events, burnt out of the same events every week, week in and week out...some change would be great
  • Gameplay

    Most of the time, the gameplay is ok. However, about every 3 games the gameplay is unrealistic at best. A team will score 3-4 runs every inning, making sure you can’t realistically catch up in the game. This game could be so much better, I’d give it at best 2 stars.
  • Terrible Support

    There are positives to the game but they are overshadowed by horrible support. There are several ways to get additional gold. One is to play another game. I did this and played Final Fantasy XV to level 10. I should have been rewarded with 5337 gold. Instead I was stiffed. Customer support said to contact an organization that managed the rewards. I did. They requested a screen shot to show I reached level 10. I sent it and never heard back even after requesting help several times. I went back to customer support and they would not resolve the problem. Therefore I will just play the game for free and never again send them money for players or gold. Not a good company
  • THE WORST customer service

    Great game I do play everyday and enjoy it thoroughly. I have experienced a few problems here and there and tried reaching out to the customer service department and for 1 it took them about a week to answer a simple question then did not want to refund me for something that was their own fault and just disregarded everything. Absolutely atrocious customer service but great game 🤷‍♂️
  • I give them my $ but, they give me bad results

    I’ve spent so much $ on this app, buying gold trying to get good players for my team. Disappointing results. No refund or at least free gold to make it up. I’ve contact there customer service plenty of times; When I play season mode, sometimes the opposite team has the same player 2x & I lose. I’ve sent multiple screenshots & they say that they’ll fix but no. It keeps on happening & it’s frustrating. They give the same answer over & over. But yet here I am trying to get good players buying gold & I end up with cheap players. I’d like my refund on all purchases I made!
  • Jailed for no reason

    I might be being petty on this, but I played casually and was always helping my club during events, and then one day I couldn’t see my club chat or make donations to get the loyalty boxes. I contacted customer service and they told me my account got jailed and they wouldnt give me a reason. Literally did nothing wrong and they said they thoroughly investigated my account. It’s ridiculous.
  • App loads to 61% and doesn’t open

    Had been playing this game for months and all of a sudden one morning my app would only reach 61% when opening and hold at 61%. Made several attempts via email conversation to convey my issue and would only get the same response, “Uninstall and reinstall, make sure no apps are running in background and have good wi-if/4G connection.” So essentially gave up with Glu’s useless support and they assumed my issue was corrected. Quite the opposite though, app still doesn’t load. No this issue has not been resolved, my issue was never addressed. I did everything I was asked to do via this email feed, and my actual complaint fell upon def ears. My issue is NOT a wi-if issue, nor a memory issue. I uninstalled the app several times, reloaded it and was successful in making my way through the tutorial each time. Once the tutorial was finished and I recovered my previous account, the game would reboot but only to 61% and the app would never reopen. Sad to say but I have spent several $100’s of dollars playing but did enjoy playing. I feel as if I got zero cooperation and absolutely no resolve with my issue. These email responses were useless and quite frustrating. Needless to say, but your customer service/care and tech support is garbage
  • Rigged rip off

    This game is built to drain your pockets , I wasted tons of cash trying to keep up , boring if you don’t spent , but there is so much cheating buy other players , they have hackers loading their teams, don’t make a fool of yourself like I did .... cutting my loss here
