  • Needs HealthKit Support

    By Markicus
I was looking forward to this app since I’m already a premium member; however, it is still missing some key functionality. I can deal with having to search for and manually add previous items for repeat meals since I understand this functionality is coming soon. Having said that, there is one item that is critical for me and that is Apple Health/HealthKit support. I want to see my workout and body stats imported to see calories remaining AND I want to see my food values exported to Apple Health. Bonus points will go to whichever app can create the best experience for adding meals at fast food restaurants where you can customise your meal (e.g. Subway, PizzaRev, Qdoba, Chipotle, etc.).
  • Sync Apps

    By Nezlon34
Hey Runtastic, Can you please sync the Runtasty and Balance apps so that when I eat a recipe in Runtasty, it can be easily imported into the Balance? That would be awesome. Thanks!!
  • Decent app

A nice app that needs some improvements. I did not find a way to connect it to Apple Health or other platforms, so I will go back to using MyFitnessPal. Also, there is no reference to serving sizes, so I would have to either look it up (maybe on the package, maybe online, which is too time consuming. It’s time consuming enough to track the food I eat), or just guesstimate how many servings I had. It would be helpful if it said next to the item, eg. “1 serving is about 9 cashews” so that I could gauge how many serving I ate. Yes, I should invest in a good scale. But that’s a whole other bag of worms.

I enjoy the developer’s sleeping app just as much as this healthy food app. I will soon be trying their exercise apps. These apps are very helpful to help with good health, diet, and sleep. I wished I found these much sooner. I am just starting out and Runtastic is very helpful in my life. I hope an app will be developed to help me go shopping and create food menu choices with recipes by this developer. Everything created so far has been a very enjoyable part of my life. Runtastic is awesome!
  • Still very limited

All is good, but the app has serious limitations when it comes to home made dishes.
  • Nice, but...

A good start. But I still prefer cronometer with far features.
  • Good app - a couple requests

    By Castle Stormer
I like this app very much. It is easy to enter foods, especially with the scanner function. You can scan the UPC and it will pull up the food you want to enter. I do have a couple wish list items. Saving favorite foods would make it easier to log them. A report function would be nice too to see weekly/monthly totals, averages, etc.
