I honestly really want to like this game. But it is missing something. Since this takes place in an alternate reality, that opens up so many new possibilities. The devs could create so many new characters, and SOOOOOOOO many new ships. I might just start playing again when the game becomes more diverse and less tedious.
  • Can be fun, but chat is full of bots scamming new players

I enjoy the game, however resources are highly contested by players leading to a lot more PVP than many want. Also chat is not moderated at all and is full of a lot of non family appropriate discussions. Bots take over chat a lot as well, trying to sell fake in game items. Rather annoying and very easy to fix.
  • The help staff cannot be trusted

This game, while visually appealing, has a series of deficiencies and loopholes, and the staff seems less concerned about dealing with the game’s problems then they are about enticing further cash payments from its clientele. They provide contests that offer high-value rewards that cannot be acheived unless the player provides cash to get resources. Moreover, the prize is not guaranteed to be delivered. If you fail to meet any one of the umpteen hidden requirements fot the contest, you will simply be denied the prize with little-to-no explaination. In my case, I was told that, to obtain the prize I was looking for, I had to press hard to move up in the levels, only to be told that I had moved too far, and was no longer elligible for the reward. Deceptive practices aside, a blind eye is turned on player-griefers and scam-artists. While these things *can* make a game more challenging, this one has crossed the line into enabled abuse. I highly recommend finding something else to play.

Game is horrible. All it’s about is gang attacking people and not a storyline. Unless you pay for upgrades you will be attacked. Multiple times 😡

If your idea of a good time is searching around solar systems for one particular item to mine, and then after hours not be able to find enough to complete a simple task , then this is your game. I’ve had it for 3 days, I am uninstalling it it now, huge wast of time and money

This game is rife with glitches. Very frustrating and inhibits gaming. What I mean by career is this is VERY time demanding. And expensive. I eventually dropped the game because it became way too time demanding

This game is pretty awesome. I’m not really a Star Trek fan, more preferring Star Wars but I still enjoyed it.

At first I was excited by this game. It was fun! Star Trek! Cool people in my alliance! Then reality hit. The game is so full of bugs/glitches, it is clear there was no validation performed, it isn’t even beta- worthy. There is no content for players past level 24. The Star Trek content ends at the name and the types of ships/factions encountered. This is a pure PvP game, designed in a way that allows severe bullying and theft of any resources, both earned in game and paid for with rl dollars. The in game atmosphere is predatory and vicious. When I report a bug or file a complaint with the dev I get platitudes in response. The new major update didn’t fix what was promised, introduced a new ship that no one can earn as there are not enough shards given in game for it, and made the predation even easier. I filed a request for refund with Apple, and was given a full refund for the money I spent on the game. Do yourself a favor and look for a different game to play.

Upgrade times are ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Hope you got deep pockets, pay walls are incredible, spent $30 on this crap and am no where close to getting anywhere. Great game if it weren’t for the enormous amount of money it takes to be competitive.
