    App size went from ~160MB to 262MB in one update for „iOS 12 bug fixes“. This is ridiculous for a banking app.
  • Mobile deposit

    Using iPhone I cannot seem to get an acceptable picture for the mobile deposit feature. Have tried many different surfaces and lighting situations, all while following directions. Very frustrating as I live 45 minutes from nearest B of A.
  • Can’t open accounts new ID when repeated

    Why can’t I keep open new ID and account member all about struggle keep new passwords then don’t open on own website or mobile app very disappointing ! They wrong give my phone number only correct email for information list to reset password or ID often!!!! I don’t like repeating when reset new passwords then it lock up until give call which not fair but I understand security safe reasonably than sorry. But DISAPPOINTED no communication after all! I can’t use call phone reason communication needs due deaf people why they can’t have contact by email only phone call? Not fair that what I want save my time to check bank than waste drive there atm or office. All I have to ask my family help for give call there where I do independent person for personal. I want to see what they should improve less annoying issues with account or new enroll when login sign in that I been tried on it never work out 😕. Sorry I gave for 1 star due good reason app look wonderful and easy start app but login and new accounts are not. Hope BOA understands.

    They do not back their customers! Instead they side with a scam Chinese company and steal your money you have coming! Our family has switched credit cards to Discover :) They service their customers 100%. Discover is a 5***** company. Just wished we had done it sooner! YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PERIOD.

  • Keep Getting an Error - Can’t Open

    We’re sorry we cannot complete your request try again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times to get the same exact error over and over again not being able to access the app on my iPhone. Completely fine on my android. Also when I go to the support, it goes to a link that does not work😡👎
