  • Closer to iPhone exp but Very bad UI

    This v8 of the iPad app is functionally superior than previous app...but also quite ugly. On 10.5 iPad Pro the UI looks so stretched out it’s clearly not optimized for 10.5, 11 or 12.9” iPads. Hopefully UI optimization will happen in 8.1 (and not 9.0).

    Ever since the last update, it keeps shutting down and kicking me off. Disappointed. :( Please fix this problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happens. No longer works.

    When I first installed it, it crashed every time I opened it. Now it's working and it does the job. I need more time to evaluate it. Clearly they need to do a better job trapping errors when the app can't connect.
  • Constantly tweaking app into unusability

    No audible feedback when deposit photo is taken. Constant “warnings” that there’s not enough light or the background should be darker, when the same check styles deposited just fine a week ago—and have for ages. Have tried leaving feedback within the app but it crashes every time. Maybe you just don’t want to hear it? Oh, and Zelle. Give it a rest. Not interested. Stop with the reminders. BofA used to have one of the best banking apps. It’s been going downhill ever since you got sidetracked with Erica.

    Ever since the new update this app is glitched and won’t work. I’ve tried everything to get it to work. It loads, but as soon as you go to put your passcode in the app fails and restarts. Can’t get past this page.
  • Good but cluttered

    The app is functional so it gets 4 starts. The only thing i don’t like is how cluttered the app is.. like holy poop. Opening it gives me an anxiety attack cuz there’s so much happening. If you could find a way to streamline all of the information that would be amazing. ever heard of modernization/minimalism?

    I’m not sure if it’s a new update, but every time I try to pay my credit card from the app, I get an error. What’s the point of having the app if basic functions can’t be used?! Super frustrating
