The app crashes every time I use it if I pause it several times during a run.

Love the app. The feedback helps me improve my running. Sometimes the GPS doesn’t work great and stats are way off.

This is a great app. I love that you can log a variety of workouts and really like how interactive it is with other community runners and the like :) Would be great if they could add Hot Pilates and HIIT as an activity option. Overall, great app.
  • Not as good as Nike

Wanted to get rid of Nike but you have to pay a monthly subscription for this app for most of the advanced features that are free with Nike. For example, 5k and marathon training programs.
  • Not accurate

If you want accurate readings on distance, this app is not for you. I use it to track distance on walks and hikes. After noticing a typical 3 mile walk was reading about 5 1/2 miles a started monitoring more closely, realizing its continues to increase distance even when you’re no moving...
  • 6 stars when it syncs properly from the Apple Watch

I am having a ton of trouble where my run will show up in the activity app, but not the actual activity feed in MapMyRun for literal hours. I swap runs with my wife, take funny pictures etc which are all impossible when it doesn’t sync. It’s hard to capture the moment 6 hours later. It’s also frustrating because I want to drill down into the details of my performance when I’m done running. Again, not 6 hours later. If this was fixed it would be 5 stars. Or if there was a sure fire manual sync solution
  • Terrible now!

I really liked this app before you messed it up. I used to start my run on my phone and it would sync to my watch automatically. Now the two don’t start at the same time. Can anyone recommend a good running app that works like Map My Run used to?

Piece. Of. Junk. Don’t depend on this app when you need it to work
  • Apple Watch interface

My Apple Watch map my run interface is spotty at best, I’ve tried initializing from it several times in hopes I could control my music and all features from it, it will not carry to the phone app. So I have to start from my phone app and re-open the app out of my watch several times until it will sync. It is frustrating because I would like to simply look at my watch and see my pacing and distance.
