    This is so easy to use. It’s eye-opening as to how much your calories can add up when you’re not paying attention. My only complaint is it doesn’t accurately track the number of days you’ve logged your food/exercise. I’ve been tracking for 10 days in a row and it said congrats on logging your first day.
  • Sync with Garmin Connect

    I've sent an email about this, but I want to be able to sync Garmin Connect to LoseIt. I'm paying for Premium to be able to sync devices, but I won't renew my subscription unless Connect is synced. Syncing through Apple Health is shoddy at best.

    The metric I’m using for measuring if it’s working is my weight. My weight is going down. The app is, therefore, working.

    I like the app and would like to try the premium if there was a monthly option but you’re out $30 bucks right off the back without even exploring the premium features. Most all the other apps give you a trial period or a monthly option.

    Lose it finally helped me lose those 10-12 lbs that I have been meaning to lose for the past 10 years. Have kept it off for 3 years and occasionally return to Lose It for tracking calories when the scale creeps up a bit.

    I really like this app, but I don’t like the fact that machine weights at a gym, that are pretty much standard at all gyms, are not a part of the exercise portion.
