Photos are only kept if you keep them on the phone. Kind of pointless if you ask me.

I’ve used MotionX for about 5 years as my primary navigation device for off-road and backcountry motorcycle riding. I love this app and can’t imagine or find one that’s better suited to the type of riding I do. I’ve planned and logged thousands of miles in the remote areas of Northern Mexico as well as various remote areas of the western US with it. It’s never let me down. If I could make two changes to make it perfect it would be these: 1. Provide an option for the Current Position Indicator to be located in the lower portion of the display when in the “Course Up” mode. I want to see what’s coming up, not what’s behind me. 2. Find a way to make it faster to download map tiles. I have to start a month or more in advance to download the tiles I need. Thanks for providing an awesome adventure riding tool.

I like to hike in unfamiliar areas and the data base seems to have even unmarked paths. Gives me confidence to go where without it I would not.

No usgs topi maps access. No kml import. Lame gpx import. A joke of an app.
  • The best little app no one ever heard of

Not much about the septic needs to be changed it’s a little bit difficult to operate unless you’re a gearhead and it would be great if that photo button was upfront so you can take a photo anytime and edit other than that I use it all the time and I love love love love love it

I love this app, but like others I have to complain about the slow map downloads. It’s still a nice functionality, however. Please update the app for iPhone 10 screen size. :-)

Easily the best app ever, now doesn't load NOAA charts (for viewing or downloading).

This used to be my favorite maps app by far. But they took out NOAA maps. A crime!
