    The representatives always push you to utilize the app and as soon as you are off the phone with them, the app doesn’t do what they said it was supposed to and you are back to square one. This service as a whole has been terrible. I have had to deal with multiple issues due to mistakes on their end that end up costing me hours of time on hold being bounced from department to department.

    Needs work on speed and reliability. Constantly freezes up. No other app I have freezes as much as this does, all I have it for is to pay you! How about you streamline the entire app: When you open it, it takes you directly to your monthly bill. All other things are on a tab. That way it isn’t trying to open about 20 different things at once with all the clutter going on.

    This web page is too complicated to use! I see my balance at zero and then I get an email saying my bill is past due. It is so confusing that becomes frustrating!!!!

    How could my bill go from $146 to $261???? Impossible!!!!! I was told it would be $20 more & that was all! I’ve been paying on my iphoneX since November! I need to shot down iphone6s+& Tablet which I haven’t used anyway because by mistake I went into accessibility. Nobody from AT&T seems to know how to correct it! This bill to me is Ludicrous! My Mom said,”How could this be?”

    Anytime you try to login it will never let you in. Have been with AT&T for years. Have had this app since it came out. It has always had problems. Has worked only a few months at a time. Even then was still hard to deal with. Just a very unpleasant app.
