    I was promised a discount for Direct TV which I got for about 4 mos. Then I was told I was losing my discount because I didn’t have a qualifying plan! I hadn’t been getting very good reception anyway, but when all of this happened I switched over to Verizon!

    Usually takes forever to update. Sometime if we are lucky it actually shows us what we are looking for. Often time just craps out after loading for a minute or so. Not as bad as the customer service though. I’ll give it that at least.

    Inconsistent speeds when using data. Not pleased trying to pay the bill using the app and takes 20 minutes to load the page. Frustrating

    This is the worst app ever. It never loads the account information. Techs aren’t helpful. I hate having to use this crap app for my services.

    Most of the time it won’t let me log in. (I can long in from my MacBook so it’s not a password issue) when I am able to log in, it freezes and I can’t actually get anything accomplished. Very frustrating and useless.
