    I didn't realize my account was late so they disconnected service. Fine, paid. Service is still not turned back on after an hour. Maybe that's not super long, but Xfinity has service back on immediately when that happens. This is the slowest turn around time I've ever experienced. Since I'm typing, they also sign you up for auto pay for a discount but they don't tell you it's drafted 14 days before your bill is due. They also spelled my name incorrectly on the account and every time I have reached out to have it fixed they tell me it has been but it's still not correct. Will not do business with them again after this lease is up.

    AT&T is treating their customers unfairly by raising there plans without contacting the customers to give them a chance to dispute the charge and to get some kind of relief. I have been with AT&T for a while without any interruption in service or any late payments I do not believe AT&T consider there customers important.

    I got new iPhone 8 Plus the phone is fine but service lacks to be desired had talked to at least 10 people and still not up and running with some apps on phone but they where quick to send me a bill very unhappy

    Tired of getting told I will have unlimited data and ending up with a countdown on limited data! I’m over AT&T. Always seems to be another twist of words or small print crap that my pocket pays out the bum for!
