    I have apps with US BANK, Chase, Discover, AMEX, and many others and there are some serious bugs with this one. I have tried for a week to set up an alert and enroll and it fails to send and expires. For a huge bank with millions of clients it is sad. I had to call and link an account in a profile after going in circles for an hour. If the credit card offer wasn’t $200 and no annual fee with $1,000 in spending only I would close the account. I would love to give you a 5 stars.. I’m a nice easy going user... but ... please win me over!

    Paying my bills on my phone. Come across an issue and need to speak with someone. Do you know that once you are signed into your account there is no ‘contact us’ anywhere to be found? I had to do a search which took me out of my app onto WF website before I could locate a number!!!! So frustrating! Once my issue was solved I alerted the person I could not locate a contact us within the app. I was told it was the 5th line when you select the 3 small bars in the upper right corner. I did so and read the list. I got, ‘oh you’re already signed in.’ Umm yes! She agreed there is no contact us once signed in. WF this is ridiculous. If I’m busy using your app that’s when I probably need your help not before I am doing anything. Hopefully this is quickly resolved.

    I am annoyed that I have to get an access code from you to access my account every time... I will close my account and cancel the app.. this is not convenient

    Many times the app does not show this photo of the check and the deposit won’t proceed. Frustrating. Have to run to bank.
