  • App Crashes After Taking Photo of Check

    I have been using this app for awhile without incident. But after latest update, the app keeps crashing after I take a photo of the check while attempting mobile deposit. Earlier I was able to deposit the check after a few tries. This time it has been crashing every time I take a photo of the front of the check. Can’t deposit the check at all.

    Too many features (such as account histories) can only be seen on a desktop. Why not on the "app"? Why no link to the full site anymore? Awkward access to features. Nice try, but PLEASE keep trying

    This app interface is awful. It constantly tells me my login information is wrong or is not responding at this time, yet I can sign in with same credentials on a web browser. My USAA app has never given me these issues and ALWAYS responds.

    I had trouble Just updating my phone #, had to call WF just to do that, it kept saying my phone had been disconnected, duh, if it was I couldn’t have used it, I used it to call WF. The Lady was very nice but she had to fix it. To many problems with this app. It’s sorry as whale poo!! Thank You So Much!

    Left Wells Fargo and joined chase J.P. Morgan because of this app. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, one of the largest banks in the world has a god awful app which feels like Using a web browser, no real way to send money like in the chase app as well. CREATE A NEW APP THE SAME QUALITY AS CHASE OR BAO AND I WILL OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AT WELLS FARGO BECAUSE YOU GUYS HAVE BRANCHES IN RURUAL AREAS WHERE THOSE OTHER 2 DONT

    I was just on this new App and I think it’s terrible! You can’t find anything on this App! I looked and tapped every single “thing” you had on there to find out information regarding fees. I want to know what is charged if I transfer money from my checking to a different Bank. But, could I find any information at all? NO. There is very little information on this App. There is very little detail about anything! It is a “nothing” App that just does basic things with just about nothing else. Go back to the drawing board; wake up and do a good App. This is the worst I’ve ever seen.
