    I am unable to use my credit to make calls I finally received a response and I was told I can no longer use earned credits to make calls because of cost I have purchase credits again over $400 in credits gone I need my refund. Edit I have still not gotten a response so I will be reporting them to Apple by calling instead of email they need to be blocked from the App Store for scamming .

    I can’t even make an account every email are used in a matter what it is says this email is already in use I’ve even made up some crazy long random letters and number emails

    After installing and using, I am getting an error message in WhatsApp that says this number assigned in textPlus is Not a mobile # in the US. What’s up? This will not work for was needed.

    Sometimes messages you send don’t get to the recipient and reads sent. That disrupts communication!!!

    I don’t understand how apps like this are even legal. I have written the developer 2 times no response. I have someone using this app to send me harassing text messages at all times of hen night. Every time I block a number the app generates another one. Horrible.

    As per their instructions, I made sure to send a text message every couple of days (they actually recommend weekly) in order to retain my number. In spite of these efforts, they still unexpectedly periodically assign a new number. I suspect they do it to try and force people to purchase a permanent number from them. But why would you want to support a company that uses such shady practices?

    I deleted the app by accident then downloaded it again and I couldn’t get back into the same number that I had before my email and my user name did not help it erased everything it doesn’t allow you to keep the same number

    I had a number that was still active so someone was reading my messages. I have sent 2 emails and have gotten no response. This is ridiculous
