  • Junk, false advertising

Won't work on my 2018 F250 or my 2003 Excursion. Not on my iphones or ipad, save your money, don't buy it.You don't know if is compatible with your vehicle until you purchase the pile of crap, only to find out later it doesn't work on your stuff, cant get your money back!
  • Doesn’t clear codes

Another OBD-II unit I have that is wired and has simple, monochrome LCD works just fine. Appears a software update is in order.
  • Please update the app

    By PC Gamer24
This is a good app I’m been using the app on my previous cars I’ve owned as helped me troubleshoot problems and fix problems But when I got my new truck I noticed that my truck is not listed and it needs some updating because my 2018 Honda Ridgeline is not listed in Vehicle settings and it does not pick up sensors like engine temperature coolant It even saved the day on our vacation when my mom‘s 08 Acura MDX alternator died halfway through our trip I pulled out the code scanner plugged it in and I noticed no voltage coming from alternator and the battery voltage was below 12 volts I would also like to be able to read Honda special codes like ABS and SRS and transmission trouble codes in the future This tool is quite handy I keep in my car all the time when I get a check engine light come on simply plug it in within minutes found the code googled the code and a solution online to fix the problem Yes to the code scanner is expensive but it has saved me hundreds of dollars in repair and doing the repairs myself instead of going to the dealer or a repair shop
  • Not able to connect to my OBDll dongle

I bought this app because I read this was the best. Well apparently not. not happy at all
  • I can see and track everything on all my cars

    By mmv3.1975
Except cars built after 2016 After 2017 it reads all trouble codes but some sensors are not tracked Worth the $
  • Getting old.

    By Nero36D
Have had app for 3 years and it still works, BUT noticed NO updates in 2 years. That’s a few new iOS releases on my iPhone. No way of telling if this old app is still giving me the correct test results or not.
  • Reading emailed logs

    By fbvfjhxsgv
Are impossible! They are in a LGF format that only Palmer Engineering software can read. Palmer wants you to enter a license key and product code of which I never received! I can’t read the logs! They can also be created in a CSV format which is viewable but the headers are all wrong!
  • Stopped working

  • Update for app

Great app but should be updated to be able to be used on a 2017
  • Works well and looks nice

I bought the Konnwei adapter on eBay which says to get the app DashCmd to use on iOS device, it can also work with Android device with another app, but I like the look of this DashCmd app a lot better. It looks even nicer when I mirror the app to a 7” in dash stereo in my 05 and 07 Duramax Diesels. The only thing I would like to see to make it even better would to be able to have more gauge options to customize the Performance Screen and Engine Screen, and be able to choose the screen order when swiping between them. Maybe we’ll see it in an update...
