  • Worked before update

They updated the app and now it won’t find my printer like before. This cost me money and now I’m screwed. Thanks
  • Does not resize

This is adequate and in fact is the only thing that lets me print to my XP830 ... except there is no way to shrink or enlarge. Unbelievable.
  • Delete saved scans

    By ALF954
I'll update this to 4 stars. I just figured low ratings would be more likely to get a response. I saved a scan on my iPad. I can retrieve it in iPrint, but can neither delete or rename it. Apple's Folders won't show me the folder. How can I delete a saved document?

  • scanning for ipad

Needed to get some documents scanned onto my iPad so that I could fax them into the "past" HIPAA does not use PDF and email yet in 2018 and xfinity VOIP will not fax. The app has a simple interface and worked the first time! Thanks for saving me future headaches.
  • Used to work

Now it won’t find my Artisan 835 printer. It was a great app but now it’s useless.
  • Will never buy another Epson product!!!

Firmware update ruined the printer which was working before the update. After the update it wouldn't recognize any of the ink and now it will not print over wifi. Epson thinks it's going to make more money by forcing customers to use their over-priced ink by disabling third-party or remanufactured ink. Sorry Epson, you will make NO MORE money from me.
