    Th food, water, and exercise journal are easy to use and full of information. Goals are easy to set. I like how it tells me how many calories are left and in which nutrition areas. If the app could suggest foods that would help me fulfill remaining nutrient gaps, it would be amazing. For example, I have 250 calories left for the day, and I need 16 more grams of protein, 8% more vitamin A and 10 more grams potassium, what food(s) could get me close? Overall, MyFitnessPal is a great app.

    I walked over 5 miles and all it says is that I took 179 steps. I ignore exercise part of this app, just use it to log food (it’s good for that).

  • Great concept app needs work

    I’ve lost 80lbs using this app. It works. The app itself doesn’t function well. Buttons are too small so you have to tap several times to save selections. I couldn’t save meals because the check button was nearly impossible to press. It’s not my phone because all of my other apps work fine. It’s only this app. Needs work.

    I would 5-Star this app but my Fitbit sync is really glitchy. Sometimes it subtracts calories based on steps/exercise sometimes it doesn’t, even though I burned over 1500 calories or more. It shows the amount of steps but not the adjustment. If I have the app running too long my phone gets too warm. If these problems were fixed I would 5-Star it. I will probably never upgrade to premium either so it is annoying to see that asked everywhere. I think the price for premium is a ripoff. Just saying.

    I have been using MyFitnessPal for years now. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 star is all Of a sudden when creating recipes I can only enter 3 ingredients after that almost it takes way too Much typing to add the remainder. Hope it gets fixed!
  • iWatch and MFP

    The app works great and the last couple of updates and have really streamlined entires. Still baffled on why MFP will not record calories from a HITT workout from the iWatch. Every other workout, swimming, running, etc transfers over. Other people have commented months ago but still no solution
