  • Very UNHAPPY with change

    By Grieved mother
I have had Familymap since it started 15 years ago! I am so distressed now that you changed the location option to having to get my kid to download and give me permission to locate him. This has totally ruined my life!!!!!!!!! I have referred hundreds of people to the familymap program before this horrible change! There should be an option for parents who are not interested in monitoring apps and internet to be able to continue to locate their child. I know text alerts are sent periodically to the child’s phone letting them know they are being located so why don’t you give us LOYAL AT&T customers that option??? I want my old app back!!!!!
  • Terrible Update!

    By Mack2013
I thought updates were supposed to improve an app! This new update is very confusing to say the least. Unless I missed it there are missing features such as the ability to add addresses. Also it doesn’t seem to like to update a phone that you are tracking if you attempt to do so within a certain period of time. Also I don’t like that I cannot see all phones on one screen and have to constantly switch back and forth. It’s good that they lowered the price since they lowered the quality, but honestly they could give this app away for free and it would still not be worth the download. I for one will be looking for another app to download.
  • Why remove FamilyMap

    By worrymother
I use FamilyMap for more than one year. It easy to track my high school son. But when I updated to this app, it need my son to install the app. Nobody wants to be tracked. I keep in using ATT just because FamilyMap. Now I will change to T-mobile
  • What did I download?

    By VLogsWithLouis
This is is beyond useless I can’t make an account nor log it regardless what I do. All it is, is an app with a sign in window and that’s about it. I’m sorry but this app doesn’t deserve not even 1 star.
  • Garbage.

    By Sbest924
App only let me use once and then after that, when trying to log into it, all it does is tell you something went wrong and won’t go past the log in screen. Rather have the old app, sure it ran a little slow but at least it worked!
  • Garbage

Nothing much more to say it.
  • Not that good

    By shay0384
I like that i can see where my children are and block specific apps but do not like that there is not an allowed numbers section and that the app is not working correctly
  • Pairing

    By Ben and jenn
Why am I paying for this app that doesn’t even work. I’ve tried pairing my kids phones . Txt aren’t received. Either fix the app and make it useful otherwise this app is useless not worth a penny.
  • Old app was better

    By Darcy_23
I thought the old app was so much better. Layout was better also; too many hoops to jump through on this new one. And also you could pair it with smart limits, which I’m so mad that will be leaving. Why not have all of that into one app? Especially since the map app was redone anyway? I probably won’t be using this too much longer.
