Make sure you have your AT&T office voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. Voicemail Viewer makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. The App may include a voicemail-to-text feature (VMTT) that provides automated transcription of your voicemail.     Just downloaded this app to start using it for my businesses. It does what is says, I can view and listen to my voicemail messages but we also get a lot emails and texts to our unified box which I can't view. Seems like it would be common sense to be able to view your inbox in unified as a whole not just your voicemails.

    This app used to work but now it is constantly saying problems connecting to server. Not sure why it's so hard to get this thing working. Past week or 2 it won't work at all. Get your crap together AT&T and fix this. This is supposed to be for business so this is way unacceptable. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

    I agree with all recent reviews. This app has gone to crap and Att is doing nothing about it. What is the point of having voicemail if I can't check it? Complete waste of money for the service

    What happened? This used to work great, and now it's practically useless. I see I'm not the only one having trouble logging in. Whatever you guys have done, could you please roll it back to a version that actually works?

    Okay, maybe never works is not 100% true but most of the time I receive an error syncing with the server and the app repeatedly bombs. Might take days to work again. Try and call tech support? What a joke!
