After this last update, I can no longer email a pdf once I select the “save to pdf” option; there’s NO SEND BUTTON
  • Buggy app

Extremely low level functionality. After the latest update, the send button for forwarding by email seems to have disappeared, so you will enter the email address etc but can’t send it as pdf or jpeg. It does still save as jpeg to the pictures folder.

This app is a big joke. Many features are not usable or error. Google drive, cloud, print from email, you name it. You either get an error code or message saying something wrong.

I loved this app and used it very frequently, but ever since y’all updated it and changed it I have had nothing but problems. It is constantly crashing, timing out, or won’t even load at all. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Printer itself works great but if you want easy connectivity from an iOS device then steer clear. App is extremely clunky and my printer doesn’t AirPrint. Probably the last brother printer I’ll buy.

Used to work great, now get a “Data transfer timeout” from all of our iOS devices. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no joy.

Ever since the last update I have been unable to print on Ledger 11”x17” paper. The Brother MCF-J6920DW will automatically pull the letter 8.5”x11” paper and print an incomplete image. My coworker has not updated his app and we are able to print ledger from that. Please fix this ASAP, this is affect work.

Over a year ago this app was 5-star. With the last update it changed something in the settings to where it prints really small and there are no settings to adjust the paper size or print size. What happened???? Can’t use it anymore!
