    I’m female, 5’10” @ 220lbs , flat footed and exertional asthma. This app helps keep me in pace to improve without over doing it. Let’s you listen to music while it coaches you. If you’re like me and need directions and weren’t born an athlete, than this is for you. One day at a time. Perfect app if you want to take time off your runs. Get out there and take it one day at a time.

    I don’t write reviews often. The good apps speak for themselves. The bad ones, eh. The really bad ones? Ok, I’ll bite. Maybe someone else can benefit from my failure and move on to a different app. Took it for a run today and noticed several things: if i’m running and the screen turns off, oops, no more audible alerts. Just keep running forever until you realize it has to have been more than a minute. Then about 3s into one run, it suddenly alerts me to cool down and walk. Wait. I just started running. Oh and then, they only give you 3 runs before they expect $10 out of you! Lol. Not for this app.

    The feedback the app provides while you’re running is excellent. Heart no that I was halfway was very helpful. It is unfortunate that the free portion of the app is only the first week of the program.
