My boyfriend is color blind and these awesome people even have a setting that makes it so he can “color code” things, I have like three sections of boards we use for different projects. Everything works so smoothly I’ve never had to fight it, you can create multiple lists on a single card it’s awesome! We took down our giant physical project board because this is just worlds better!

I’ve had Trello for awhile but became a super user at the beginning of the year. Wow! It has truly been a game changer. I’m a REALTOR and use it to manage my business and my team. My team works remotely so it makes assigning tasks and communicating so much more effective. One thing I noticed recently is that I’m no longer able to send photos from my phone to Trello. Not sure if that is a global issue.

The app’s concept itself with cards that are movable and assignable within different flows is pretty novel. In addition to that, it’s free! I’ve been able to do everything I could want with the free version! I also love that there’s now a Mac app so it flows well to and from all my devices. I use it for planning our content marketing editorial calendar and other multi-step projects.
  • Great App, but Can‘t organise the checklists in a card!!

Love the app but really would like to switch around the checklists in a card. Is that a possibility for the next update?

Nesting checklists and the ability to change the order of checklists would take this to the next level. I need to be able to mind-map and/or assign sub-tasks to my checklists inside my cards; not create a new card for every rabbit hole of a sub-project task set. You should also be able to rearrange checklists (and sub-checklists), and cards themselves to keep ocd and workflow in order. Tasks go in visual logical flows, not necessarily the order you input them. Custom Fields is neat, but that should be at the Card level, not the Board level. Then you could use different custom fields in different cards - not a blanket field that shows up on every card. Overall nice app, just can’t dump my whole world of projects in cleanly because it’s missing a few layers. Make the changes and take my money!! 😜
