Strong is the most minimal and intuitive workout tracker for any fitness routine. With hundreds of preloaded exercises and workout programs it's time to throw out your notebook. Join the over 1 million people who have downloaded Strong to stay on track in the gym. “I’d suggest downloading the “Strong” app before you return to the gym. It’s that good” - CNBC, June 2017 “with apps like Strong, working out feels more like a game” - The Verge, May 2017 “I have used nearly every logging app since the App Store launched. This is the best bar none” “I use this every time I go to the gym and seriously couldn't train without it” “Simple. Intuitive. Functional. Exactly what I was looking for.” “This is bare bones and serious. Right on, and works perfectly... I wish I could give 10 stars.” “It's by far the most intuitive and easy to use workout app I’ve used.” Whether you want to gain strength or just stay healthy, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced powerlifter, Strong provides everything you need to record your workouts as effortlessly and as quickly as possible. Unlike other fitness apps, Strong doesn’t bog you down with pictures and videos you don't need, and provide unnecessary functions you’d never use. • Finally found my app!

    By Shap08
Edit: this is still my go to app, but super sets still need better layout for using. The interface when working out is good, but could be more intuitive. I’d pay $50 for a lifetime premium, but not paying $100. —————————————————- I’ve used SO many workout apps looking for the best to record and assist with workouts. After countless trials, this is the one. It’s not perfects, but it’s much better than all others. The need to improve the superset display and timer, along with a few other things like ability to automatically change future workouts based on current. Beyond that, it’s perfect.
  • Excellent Watch App

This is one of the most well thought-through Apple Watch apps I’ve used. It took a couple workouts to get used to, but now it makes even more sense to me than the Phone app.
  • Great app

So far I love this app. It’s clean and simple. I hope the company makes a food tracker app soon!
  • Simple, awesome companion

I’m loving this app for weight training. Though I know my routines, it’s satisfying and morivating to see your work on screen. The timer function between sets is great and useful.
  • Best workout app yet!

Love the customization and Apple Watch compatibility
  • Clean and Useful

    By Animus144
I really like this app. It's simple and clean. Update Feb 2017: Still really useful and keeps getting better. 5 stars. Update Jan 2018: I got in before the monthly subscription model so I’m lucky, but for newcomers, it’s now $5/month. You definitely can’t justify that cost given this is a simple workout tracker. I like the design of the app, but $5/month? Not worth it in my opinion. 3 stars.
  • Paywall for basic analytics

It’s sad that basic stats are paywalled. I’m better off not tracking. Don’t download this unless you are willing to subscribe.
  • Could be improved

    By Johnny Radford
This is the best weightlifting-logging app in iOS but there's room for improvement. 1. The calendar view is nice for tracking which days you've worked out but it has a major flaw. Every workout looks the same. They should be color coded so you can easily tell which muscle group you worked out on which day. 2. There could also be pie charts that help you visualize what muscle groups you've been working on and how much, but there aren't. 3. The graphs can't be customized and you can't select a time period to view. You only see the most recent progress. FitNotes on Android is better and includes all the above, but they don't make the same app on iOS. Strong should take note and make these improvements before FitNotes comes to iOS and they get my money instead.
