Strong is the most minimal and intuitive workout tracker for any fitness routine. With hundreds of preloaded exercises and workout programs it's time to throw out your notebook. Join the over 1 million people who have downloaded Strong to stay on track in the gym. “I’d suggest downloading the “Strong” app before you return to the gym. It’s that good” - CNBC, June 2017 “with apps like Strong, working out feels more like a game” - The Verge, May 2017 “I have used nearly every logging app since the App Store launched. This is the best bar none” “I use this every time I go to the gym and seriously couldn't train without it” “Simple. Intuitive. Functional. Exactly what I was looking for.” “This is bare bones and serious. Right on, and works perfectly... I wish I could give 10 stars.” “It's by far the most intuitive and easy to use workout app I’ve used.” Whether you want to gain strength or just stay healthy, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced powerlifter, Strong provides everything you need to record your workouts as effortlessly and as quickly as possible. Unlike other fitness apps, Strong doesn’t bog you down with pictures and videos you don't need, and provide unnecessary functions you’d never use. FEATURES: - The simplest interface of any fitness app available on the App Store - Add your own routines and choose easily between them - Cardio and strength exercises - and add your own too! - Fully-featured Apple Watch app to log workouts without your iPhone - Support for multiple Exercise Types, including Assisted Bodyweight and Duration Exercises - Track your progress with graphs for Volume and 1RM Progression - Tag sets as Warm Up, Failure or Drop Sets - Supersets/Grouped Exercises - Automatically back up your data with Cloud Sync! - Built in body measurements tracker helps you record your weight and other vitals, and includes support for Apple Health - Share sheet makes archiving workouts to Evernote, Notes or Email easier than ever! - Full Screen Timer for easier notification - Warm Up Calculator tells you which weights to warm up with - Plate Calculator for when the weights get high - Support for Imperial (lbs) and Metric (kg) weights, or a combination of both - Add additional notes to your workout - Advanced Statistics show your personal records and progression, and even calculate your one rep max and total weight lifted! - Export workout information by email to CSV format, as well as full Database Export - Built in Auto Countdown Timer to help record rest breaks The free version of Strong is limited to 3 routines. Upgrade to a Strong PRO subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) to create an unlimited number of routines and unlock additional PRO features. Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. If you’ve previously purchased “Unlock Strong” or “Strong Combo Pack”, you’ll be able to use the Restore Purchases option from the app for access to Strong PRO features. • Too expensive

    By Tim51384
The app is really convenient for keeping track of progress, but it’s too expensive. I really don’t want to pay for a subscription to use this app. I’d rather just pay one time for the app - there is an option for a one time payment, but it’s $100! That’s way too much for a student.
  • Rest timer not working

By Steve of the seven swamps
I don’t use all of the features available for this app but I do use the rest timer. During most of the time I have used Strong, the rest timer has not been consistent. For certain exercises, the timer opens when I tap the check to indicate that I have finished a set. At other times the timer doesn’t open and I need to open the keyboard to start it. I am not sure if this is “user error “ or if it is caused by my creation of custom exercises. iPhone X iOS 11.2.6
  • Great App, not worth the money though

    By b34k
Edit: I’ve heard they’ve gone to a monthly subscription model of $4.99 a month. That’s insane. This is a simple log-book and definitely not worth that kinda cost. If I wasn’t grandfathered into a PRO subscription with my one-time payment of under $10 from over 3 years ago, I would no longer use this app. ———— I've used this app to track my lifting for 2.5 years now. It's got every feature you could want, from a rest timer, lots of different progress graphs, to custom exercises, to csv data export so I can analyze my progress in depth on the computer. As I transitioned from a powerlifting style routine to Olympic Weightlifting training, the app easily adapted and kept all my data. It even converted it from lbs to kg, so I can see how my squat has continued to progress in comparison to my old PRs.
  • Upgraded to Pro, didn't get it

    By Glipsman
I purchased the in-app upgrade to Pro. The upgrade was lost when I changed phones, is I repurchased. Not a huge ideal—except that upgrade didn't take either. Trying to get the upgrade to come back I ended up wiping months of workout data. I backed up beforehand luckily, but there's no way to re-import the information into the app. So now I'm out $ and months of trend data.
  • Greedy thieves

    By Mithya
I wish I could give it less than one star. Totally unethical company. I had already paid for the pro version and bought this app in the past assuming it was for lifetime but now they are asking for subscription?? It’s like going to a store buying a piece of cloth and they come come back to you after two years and ask for monthly fee for continue using the piece of cloth you bought two years back. F***** thieves ! I doubt these people even have a value system. Only thing they care about is money
  • Best fitness logger

Beautiful and intuitive UI, And awesome useful data
  • Great app but Apple Watch app is super buggy

    By mcrobot
Love the simple interface and easy way to track reps and sets. Your Apple Watch app is super buggy. When I try to use it over more than one day it starts freaking out in the second day. I usually have to force quit it to get it to start responding again. Today however I couldn’t even do that, and in the process my Apple Watch called 911.
  • Rediculous

    By AG1981x
It seemed like a nice simple app but monthly subscription that simply unlocked basic features that are free in other apps is silly to put it mildly. $99 for a lifetime upgrade? Do you guys realize this is just a basic app that just a step better then a notepad? Thank you but no thank you. Deleted.
  • The best workout app available but awful support!

    By masemase
Simple, yet fully-featured, Strong is easily the best workout app available on the App Store! Revised review: still my favorite app but the support is terrible. I’ve reached out at least 4 times and no response despite having used this app since its beta testing days!!!
  • GREAT! Could use a little more, though...

    By iBeWired
Overall a great app, however, I still feel like there’s something missing... As a powerlifter, i feel it’s important to track the weight, reps, and sets that you do. However, I feel that this app would be that much better, if you were able to track RPE on your sets. Not 100% necessary, but it would make tracking that much more detailed.
