  • Great app!

Take it from a 12 year personal trainer, this is the best app yet.
  • Strong

Best training app I’ve found. Well worth it. Nothing even close!
  • No Support

    By Shoketfou
There is no support. I tried the app, but in the end I didn’t like it and it did not prove to be very useful for my needs (there’s other free apps for tracking, with more exercises and even recommend you routines). They have charged me the ANNUAL subscription and there is no way to get in touch to request a refund.
  • Doesn't work on new Apple watch

    By Adog77
App doesn't tell you when your break is up and crashes a lot. Been a few weeks and still hasn't been fixed.
  • 👌

I’ve tried a few apps and really like the way this one allows me to track progress and quickly update workouts or change them on the fly if needed.
  • Append a bad previous review I did...

    By Sojourner Rover
At first I was pretty disappointed in the lack of pre-made workouts. But that’s not the point of this app. It gets better the more you use it. The trick I found is to create workouts ahead of time on your phone, custom exercises too, and just use the watch to record weight and reps. Used this way, plan workouts ahead of time, the app is perfect. No carrying around your phone to get smashed by a wt or a notepad you have to keep up with. Just your watch. 🙂
  • Lacking in exercises

    By MatteBlack
Apps with preloaded exercises are always lacking. This one for instance doesn’t have kettlebell cleans, and when you try to add that exercise to its database you must select category such as dumbells, barbells, etc. Ketllebells is not on the list.
  • Let’s Go Back to the Basics

    By Steven67401
I originally picked this app to train with nearly two years ago because of its Apple Watch support. I’ve completed nearly 800 workouts with it. It was easy, intuitive, and most importantly reliable. With the most recent updates, the Apple Watch app has gone to hell. It continuously freezes or crashes. It is impossible to use while training. The developer seems to be trying to include too many new features at once and can’t keep the “main thing” the main thing. I’m wishing we could roll it back a few versions and try again.
  • Love the weight tracking and simplicity

    By TaylorG1
Love everything. Noticed the Macros counter. How do I add the macros tracking information during the day?
  • Decent app but obvious cash grab

    By FeaganMox
So first it’s like any other work out tracker app. You add exercises, weight and reps. The only difference between these apps are the UI and I liked this one. Watch function is useless. You get 3 free custom workout routines which is good for basic splits (Upper, Lower, Core). It’s easy to create these and doesn’t take time away from the workout to log them. I wanted more custom routines and the trackers so I was going to buy it...then I saw it said “subscribe”...first red flag. For what reason does this require a subscription? And it’s clear it would function without a subscription because you can purchase it outright...for 100$! The only person who would pay that much is someone who’s serious about weight training and that person would likely just buy a journal instead. I think the devs are missing out on a lot of potential customers simply due to greed. It’s a decent app but there’s nothing special about it compared to similar apps
