    I create custom routines for stretching and planking. It forces me to hold the duration of each stretch or plank. Being able to have music play in the background is bonus motivation. I imagine this would be great for anyone that has PT routine as well.

    Customize interval training a so many ways with this App. I blue tooth my phone to a speaker while Seconds counts off and prompts me to change my exercises, all with my playlist music. Love it!
