    These apps are HORRIBLE! I am an avid exerciser who loves his apps. I would have thought by now that every app developer would know some basic, key ideals for app creation. (1) Detailed, spoken & visual description during the sequence. (1.1) That DOES NOT come with the app! You can hear detailed instructions only BEFORE you hit start. I basically want to know of any frequent problems other users have WHILE I perform the move such to do it correctly without having to stop the routine! (2) So, I see the program for the routine includes weights, medicine ball, bosu, & stability bar. I go to collect the items My phone goes to sleep or I get a call or I have to attend to a different app for EVEN only a partial second. You know what happens every time? The app opens all over again with a DIFFERENT routine that demands different equipment! WHO DOES THIS? WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE WRITE AN APP THIS WAY? What is wrong with your brains?!?!?!? (3) The music. ¡OMG! First you need to import your music. Then, you are bound to that selection whether you want it or not. Say, you get a hankering for Vivaldi or Adel or Kendrick Lamar? You’d have to leave the app opening yourself up to the problem that the app will restart and you’d have to change your entire routine! (4) I STILL cannot understand number one!!! Your people narrated instruction to a comprehensive video. Why would you NOT actually use that clip during the routine itself? I JUST don’t understand!!!! Have you EVER WORKED OUT A SINGLE DAY IN YOUR LIVES? Do NOT waste your hard-earned money on this app as its developers put zero hard work into creating & repairing it Update: I arranged ALL of the necessary equipment for a routine I switch to MapMyRun to track my workout I return to Lolo Easy Abs It restarts and now all of the exercises are different and I need to recollect NEW equipment!!!! WHY do you do this to me? Aaarrrgh! You make me SO mad

    This app is ok but not good for advanced athletes. I chose the advanced setting for 8 minutes and it's still really easy. It's also annoying that it gives you 10 seconds in between each move. It would be nice if there were no breaks.
