    I use lol after every two mile cardio session at the gym, 5 days a week. You can choose how long you like, playlist and it will also keep track on a monthly calendar. I've purchased 2, looking forward more variety soon.

    This app has really helped me to stay consistent with my exercise. I can do it anywhere. Even on my 15 minute work break at the hospital. I especially love the fact that I can watch the model do it so I know I'm doing it right. I have all the lolo workout apps to get a full body strength training session in.
