  • Confusing

    I went to your App Support page but the instructions don’t match the App. 1. There is no category button on the transaction page. 2. No check button on bottom of transaction page to reconcile account. 3. WHERE IS THE SETTINGS PAGE? When I opened up the app, it took me to the page that shows accounts, etc. None of the symbols on the page indicate “settings”.

    I having an issue with syncing my data to Dropbox. The company has no email address. There support is via Facebook. Last post on there Facebook page is 11/16/14. I guess they no longer support there products. Well I had no Facebook account. I had to create one. Then tried to post a support question. Well you cannot post to there website. So I paid for an app with not support. Seem to be typical for companies who make apps for iOS.

    I have had this app for several months and have loved it. I started having issues with it freezing and shutting down during use over the past week. It is also not syncing properly between my iPhone and iPad. I have tried to reinstall the app and reload the database and it's still not working. I have tried to contact customer support through Facebook and get no reply. Very frustrating to not be able to use this when it contains all my banking info. Will be a nightmare to reconcile things.

    This app freezes every time I use it. No longer syncs with my iPhone. So I email the back up, load that in to my iPhone version and I can’t even see the details on my phone. Same thing - frozen. Support? Yup. On Facebook. Guess what? Not everyone uses Facebook. In response to your suggested fixes. As soon as I turn on enable syncing on my iPad, the app freezes. On my iPhone, I can’t even get beyond the account screen. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
  • Backup still doesn’t work

    2 years on and still no backup via Dropbox or email. App crashes when I attempt. Have been working around by exporting transactions via CSV. Lame Update: Developer responded but evidently did not read my original post. They instructed me how to do backup. As stated before, APP CRASHES WHEN I ATTEMP BACKUP.

    I have been using This App for several years and have no issues. It does what you need it to do and more. Would like to see the developer add IPhone/IPad Touch or Face Recognition to open the App rather than a Password. It is a HiTech world...gotta keep up with it.
  • Can’t share with other devises

    My husband tried to sync our account and the app kept crashing. No way of notifying customer/tech support.
