    Tracks his calories, protein and fats for each meal plus snacks. Let’s me set a weight goal for him. Easy to use and the food database contains the food he eats so no looking up calories anymore. Logs perfectly. No more wondering if he is getting enough calories and protein. Highest recommendation.
  • Great but can’t sync Health app for iOS

    Easy to track and great layout but won’t sync with my iPhone’s logged activities for the day. I’ve tried everything and haven’t been able to find a way to sync the activities. If that issue was fixed I’d definitely be giving a 5 star review. This is the only tracker I’ve used that didn’t make me feel like I couldn’t reach my goals. I have ADHD and PTSD and will forget to eat so having that reminder pop up is essential for me. Great app other than not being able to get that correct data into my activities log.

    So far it works and finds the food I ate without any issue. I’m giving it 3 stars bec it does not sync with my iPad and a IPhone automatically. I usually have to “force sync”it and then there is still a delay in synching with each other.

    I really like this app, it makes it easy to track my macros for the day instead of writing them down! My only concern is there isn’t an option to change my macro goals, I eat low carb, so I’d like the option to edit. Is there a way for me to edit this field?
