Please see the in-app guidance for placement tips. NOTE: Placing your iPhone on a solid surface such as the floor or a table while recording sleep causes Sleeptracker® 24/7 to become highly sensitive to movement. This level of sensitivity is required for users sleeping on a motion-absorbing mattress (such as Beautyrest and Tempur-Pedic). However, with the iPhone on the floor or table, noise from the accelerometer sensor can be registered as sleep cycles, resulting in a random sleep graph and random sleep statistics. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Sleeptracker® is committed to constant improvement. We listen to our users and continuously add the most requested features. Thank you for the feedback!

  • Monitor Apple Watch ?

One thing we don’t have is to monitor from Apple Watch I always use during my sleep daily. I wish it had and will give 5 stars
  • Logbook

For the most part, I like this app. One option I wish it had would be a way to note what happened to wake a sleeper up. Not all awake times have to do with sleep trouble. Maybe the dog needs to go out, a child wakes up crying, or there’s an emergency phone call during the night. If someone is using tracker for health reasons wouldn’t it be nice to differentiate health related wakings versus environment wakings.
  • Sleep monitor give peace of mind

I am a light sleeper who thought I was not getting enough time as deep sleep. I see the deep sleep cycles every morning with sleep tracker. Thanks for a perfect monitor. jlh
  • Very good

This app is very good trucking your steps and monitoring your sleep,I’m very happy to be able to use it
  • Not accurate

    By Tsli 76
Often I wake up and read for an hour or more and the Sleep Tracker records me as light to deep sleep instead of awake.
  • Disappointing

    By jbtbooks
Doesn’t know the difference between deep sleep and sitting up reading or even awake out of bed. Otherwise seems adequate
  • Crashes 10-15 times a day

    By Blues Lover in CO
Used this for a couple of years and was reasonably happy with it. But stability and performance have degraded dramatically over the last six months. Rarely makes it through a night without crashing. When it is running and it’s been idle for more than about 30 seconds, there’s a 10-15 second delay before it responds to the first action. Stay away from this dog.
  • Failing app

    By Rocket J
App seems to be during. It stalks and lags and sometimes completely shuts down for no reason. Used to be a good wok but now seems to be failing.
  • Does what it says

    By haynie89
App does what it says it does. Never an issue.
  • Puzzlement — What does one do during a ‘Power Nap’?

I •thought• it is called ‘sleep’! Why doesn’t it count as SLEEP!
