    In the age of Prime, Hulu, Netflix you have some shoes to fill. The quality of the app is failing. It freezes... Keeps loading, very small controls. Not an intuitive experience.

    Have not been able to access any of the videos for weeks, getting a “fatal video error” on every one I select despite updating the app/my phone and resetting the app many times. Tried to contact customer support without success. Such a rip off.
  • Constantly freezing during viewing

    I’m very disappointed with the constant stopping and loading of this app when I watch a show. If I’m paying for the service, I expect it to be as good as or better than other subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Bravo, etc.

  • Don't get if you don't care about Discovery

    I don't write reviews but in this case I absolutely had to. I subscribed because I'm an avid Star Trek fan and I wanted to catch the new series. That being said, if you like any of CBS's regular network shows, don't expect to watch much of them. I like The Big Bang Theory. Imagine my surprise when I find that you only get to watch episodes from the current season. This is the case with many of their shows, some of which aren't even on the service. Add to that the fact that Discovery is released on a weekly basis and not dropped an entire season at a time and you have a business model that says, "Hey pay us at least $7 a month (with commercials) to watch your show that you can't binge in it's entirety." At least in other countries you can watch Discovery on Netflix. Hey CBS, thanks for the slap in the face. The worst part, I'm probably still going to keep paying it until the season is over because I want to watch my show. Better not ever cancel Star Trek again, because you won't have any subscribers. I'm ashamed to be giving you my money.

    I am taking care of my sister who suffered a Tramatic Brain Injury. I am driving her to lots of doctors appointments, so I am not at home at the time my story is on, so it is good to be able to view it at night. The quality is good and clear. Thank you. I enjoy the story.

    What is the point of paying for the all access subscription??!! You still have to wait for the episode to become available which often isn’t until late that night or the next day which is available on the regular app. If your gonna charge someone to watch something then make it available immediately once it has aired on tv. Very disappointed
  • Video Not Optimized for new iPhone

    It’s crazy that I’m paying money for content on one of the largest television networks, yet they can’t even update the app to optimize the video on the new iPhone that has been out for over a year.
