You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards.     Been trying for an hour to buy the Woodland Christmas purse. I have signed in and out several times .it loads then won't let me purchase. I see others on Facebook so happy they got to make purchase. Tried desktop computer and phone app. So unfair .

    3 fast pass limit in one day is no good. Spending over $100.00 to spend in line for 1 hours is ridiculous. Also, the drinks and food are awful and extremely pricey. I bought a slushee outside the avatar ride that was to tart and sweet I dumped it in the trash. Later on that evening I wanted a coffee so I stopped at one and ordered elephant ears. When I got it I asked the lady what is this? She replied an elephant ear. I thought I was ordering an elephant ear that I get at a fair.

  • Ride broke down

    Ride broke down and there was no communication during this time. We’re left on the ride for over 40 minutes. Also, we had to stay on the bus at our bus stop for over Thierry minutes because of an accident report. Lack of communication from employees and they’ll were not polite.
  • Not very user friendly as you would expect

    Gave me so much trouble during the visit. Each time you go to the app and try to do something you have to login. And there was much trouble with fast pass activities. Lot of the time it said to try again when I try to change something. Though it is convenient to have the app it’s not up to the easy usage of lot of apps.

  • Kills your battery

    Highest battery usage rate (39%) even with GPS tracking limited to only when app is in use. Otherwise great. Bring a battery charger with you to make it a full day at the park.
