We totally get it. You’re tired of wasting time endlessly swiping, browsing, and messaging - only to never hear back. You only want to spend time on relevant, high quality matches. Every day at noon, you‘ll receive potential matches (we call them “Bagels”) preselected for you so you don’t have to swipe all day. Our algorithm takes into consideration both basic criteria like age, height, religion, ethnicity, and more nuanced factors like your social network and interests. Fellas, you will receive highly curated matches preselected for you by our algorithm. For the ladies, you will only be sent Bagels that have already expressed interest and are serious about connecting with you! Why? Because we know your time is extra-precious. :) Once there is a match, we’ll connect you via a private chat room and provide icebreaker questions to get your conversation started. We even follow up to encourage actual dates. For our LGBTQ members: Every day at noon, both men and women will receive potential matches preselected just for you. CMB PREMIUM: Become a CMB Premium subscriber and get access to exclusive features that will help you save time, eliminate ghosting, and lead to more dates! With the Premium subscription, you will get insights into all of your Bagels’ chat activity levels (i.e. How likely are they to send the first message?), see when your messages to your Bagels are read, and receive more than $50 worth of in-app items that will help you get connected even faster. Current price for the CMB Premium subscription varies based on the length of your auto-renewing subscriptions and may vary from country to country. For 1-month renewals, price is $34.99 USD per pay period, for 3-month renewals, price is $74.99 USD per pay period, for 6-month renewals, price is $119.99 USD per pay period, and for annual renewals, price is $179.99 USD per pay period. • Time to delete CMB

    By SBurtonS
I’ve been a long time user (3 years I think) of CMB and it was my favorite dating app for much of that time. I’ve met nice people, had good dates, and had a few longer term relationships through this app. But recently it seems I can’t match with anyone. The quality of bagels seems to have dropped off (or moved to the discover tab). Maybe my “rating” has fallen and I’m being given people I wasn’t in the past. Additionally it’s frustrating seeing more and more good features getting moved behind the pay wall and being part of their “premium” package. Sorry CMB, it’s not you it’s me.

Same fake profiles from overseas accounts with local information. Sad
  • Can’t share bagels anymore

    By Yadafan
You guys got too greedy. Why can’t you share bagels to your friends anymore? That’s why alot of our friends were using it. C’mon guys, don’t let the short term extra cash undermine your core userbase
  • The bagels are a gambling system

    By DrTruthBomb
I already noticed that this app will calculate who gets liked more often and put them in the bagel section instead of the daily free rotation. I'm fine with that, it's business. But after buying extra bagels multiple times on top of my subscription I thought how am I going to know if these people will ever see me? Especially when there's naturally more men on dating apps then women, there's more clutter for them to go through. A bagel costs something like $4-$5, a little less with the discount, so it's a gamble to send someone a bagel not knowing AT ALL if they'll even see you. After a month of this I still have zero matches, I feel CMB delays when people see you as long as they see you stop paying for awhile. That's how I met someone on here last year, after a couple months of not paying attention to the notifications I matched with someone I must've like weeks or months ago. I'm just hoping people who paid up at least for awhile can actually get on the higher end of the algorithm, someday. Response: I understand the app can be used for free, but it's absolutely clear the more attractive choices are on the discover section in which you have to buy bagels to send to people than the daily free rotation of people. I spent money on bagels on multiple occasions never knowing the person I liked will ever see me. I'll also go days without liking a single person on the free rotations. 380 beans for a bagel to send to one person is ridiculous.
  • Just like any other dating app

    By B-Dogg69
Coffee meets Bagel is just like any other dating app.... meaning it’s always better when it’s free and you see more people who you like and if they like you back and talk for 30 days it’s great but you want to find more people to talk to. So you buy the membership and you have nobody online to chat with you. They all have profiles and they have a percentage of when they send the first message but won’t like your profile. It just feels like i put in all this money and i get nothing in return! It’s a waste of money if your not going to have anyone talk to you and this is why it’s rated as a 1 star. It’s crap and i want my money back. It’s a waste of time and money. It’s also becomes a chore where your checking everyday to see if anyone liked you or messaged you and have nothing. Just suggestions.
  • Way Better than Okcupid and Tinder

    By Aykutmath
I had lots of quality matches, and friendly conversations and possible dates. Whereas on Okcupid I didn’t even have any conversations. If you start with okcupid or tinder you would stop online dating. But if you go for CMB, first you make lots of friends. Eventually you pick one of them as your date.
  • Alright app

    By Caitland988
Okay app, but doesn’t let you restrict the age of the people that can see you. And I got a message that I could never open cause it would just keep loading, and then the message expired.
  • No opening lines

    By Cieslamour
It’s so nice not to get a stupid “you beautiful” or “dtf?” Opening line. Just simple interactions that encourage connections. Haven’t met “the one” but met a few nice men here.
  • Waste of time

    By livelysprite
Signed up thinking that somehow this app would be different. Ha! Everyday CMB offers up matches. The system lets you know if they’ve seen you/ like you. I swear it’s all fake and bots. Only 2 people out of 10 that have liked me and I’ve wasted beans on have ever contacted me.
  • The reviews are true...

    By Creiffer
Small user pool, no option to dislike contenders in the “discover” section so you’re stuck with the same 5 people for days and can’t review more options. The one thing I like with this app is not being overwhelmed with messages from people I have no interest in, however the opposite has happened. I have no messages, don’t tend to match with the handful who have liked my profile. The beans concept makes sense so people aren’t endlessly swiping but it is also a bit ridiculous to use beans for every tiny feature on the app. App is Missing options for other significant topics such as has children, wants children, doesn’t want children, etc. I gave this app a try for a week and it has been very underwhelming. No matches or conversations, going to uninstall I guess. Idea and concept is nice, execution could be better. Bummer.
