  • Game plays you

I have been a great fan of this game but over a period of time I have realized that game plays you. I will be ranked top 5 in a game an hour before game ends but within 5 mins, the game automagically drops me to rank 35. The power ups and finishers are so expensive you would end up paying money to buy. When you buy power-ups or coins, the game over charges you. When you call support to resolve the issue, they will promise a time within which issue will be resolve but in reality there is no time to resolution. You have to go thru Apple Pay to get the refund and settle claims. I don’t think the game is worth the time.

Takes 10 years for a game to start up. Tips &'Tricks tips & tricks. Shut up and start the game. I deleted it. Waste of my time

Fun, been playing it for years, but stingy as hell on points. JS.

The free ticket claims do not reset every 4 hours. It’ll push the time back if you’re not watching it. I sent a support ticket to EA and no response and 5 complaints.
  • Behind the scenes changes alright.

The game FREEZES which causes you to lose coins. They’ve taken away the option to watch a video if you’re unable to complete a daily task on the 1st try, which allows you to try again without using coins. They also no longer reimburse you your coins you’ve used when you login after the game freezes/crashes.

Tertris is great and addictive in a fun way.... however, make no mistake it’s about buying coins...i’ve also noticed once i achieved a higher status i NEVER get more than 8 or 9 x 1 or 2 on the mega finisher....
  • Going in the wrong direction

I've had this game for a few years but it seems to be getting worse, not better. It crashes way too often, usually after winning something and without crediting my account. Disappointing.

There are a lot of advertisements. Also the clock keeps running
  • Ads crash the game

Not that EA cares, but i lost count of how many times an ad will crash the entire game, and ill lose any pending rewards. This is what happens when ad revenue takes precedence over the actual game. The only reason I’m even giving it 2 stars, is because the game itself is actually good. Too bad it is littered with ads that crash it.
  • Horrible Update

This game could be awesome if not for: 1) It crashes every time you open it. Like literally, every time, and at least 5 times before it’s stable enough to stay open. But it doesn’t close itself out, it just goes away. So you have to close it out manually, and then restart, at least 5 times, and pray it stays open. 2) It’s so much harder to get points than it used to be years ago. Nothing is random as their algorithms limit the usefulness of your Finishers depending on how you played during the game. Have a high score, finishers like Lucky Spin and Supernova will give you a lower result. Have a low score, then you’ll get a higher result. 3) They claim it’s hackers on their FB Page, but I believe it’s them and bots that they created. But there are faceless and nameless accounts that score ridiculous amounts of points during tournaments. You used to be able to see which power ups and finishers people used so you could try to be competitive, but around the time they tried to claim hackers were the issue, they also took away the ability to see what people were using. So now you’re flying blind without any way to prove those scores should not be possible. In fact, I remember one time I watched a replay to see what was used to bump me out of first place. The score on the screen at the end of their game was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what was showing on the leaderboard for that particular tournament. With the game score, they shouldn’t have even been in the top 5, but there they were at the #1 spot. Enjoy the game, it’s still fun to play even with these significant annoyances...but DONT BUY ANYTHING! Just use whatever coins you can get for free. You’d be spending money that would never make a difference in your ability to compete since they have programmed their systems to limit users.
