    I paid the monthly fee so I have a weight loss workout plan. My whole family is heavy set so losing weight is difficult for me. I’ve been doing weight watchers and running for 3 months with no results. But my first week doing just one 7 min workout in the morning and eating as usual in weight watchers, I lost 3 lbs. I do walk a good bit everyday so that helps as well. This week I increased it to 2 circuits and I feel so energized throughout the day and my pants are fitting better. Very happy with this app

    I love Seven because you get a true workout that you are guaranteed to have. I have only had this app for 4 days and I have to say it's truly AMAZING! In my opinion I chose to loose weight and I did the past 4 days I have lost 3 pounds that might not sound like a lot but for doing 7 minute workouts for 4 days that's a lot!🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♀️🎾⚾️🏈🏀🏐⚽️

    This app helps me be able to work out at home easily- whenever I’m ready! I love the original 7 minute workout, but the other workouts are truly amazing and include many different intensity levels!
  • What is going on?

    I been using this app for over 2 years, then all of a sudden it’s not accurate. I been doing the fat burn intermediate level for about 3 weeks and you would normally burn 350-378 calories. Then I did the same work today and it says I burned 188 calories 😳. That can’t be right. What is going on?
