    I’m a chef that works in the kitchen for long hours and don’t have a lot of free time. This app allows me to get quick and thorough workouts in. Two cycles a day, a couple of days a week keeps me in shape. It’s wonderful.

    Scientifically proven to work! Listen to the Science Vs podcast if you don’t believe me. This is great if you want to fit in a little heart pumping workout and don’t have time to go to the gym. The moves are limited which is both a good and a bad thing, which is why I initially wanted to give it 4 stars. However there’s now an option to switch up the 5 stars it is!

  • Lost two weeks of first membership

    This program is pretty easy to follow, but there are some glitches when you decide to sign up for the full-year membership. I signed this on Nov 27, but was only able to access member programs, tonight! We’re pretty bummed about this and may cancel. Beware of this if you decide to sign up. Otherwise, the exercises are tough and beneficial if you keep at it.
