  • No longer working and can’t even send a report!!

    2 out of 3 of my tiles are working but the one that isn’t working is the one I really NEED the most! I tried all troubleshooting tips and then tried to send a report and got “oops something went wrong”. I’ve loved tile for over 2 years but I guess I’ll look for another brand. This tile is only a couple months old and already conked out and not even giving me the option to disconnect it and try again. Nothing.

    Device couldn’t last a year and still been getting the run around for replacement. This company lets the customer pays for their defective products. Horrible just horrible. Going to move on to a better product that can actually honor its warranty!!! Review still stands. The funny thing is that the app is telling me to change the tile when now. It should have notified me when it wasn’t working properly in the first place. ☹️
  • So tired of buying tiles...

    ...Only for them to notify me that it needs to be replaced. I bought the tiles I’ve used from the hardware stores. They work fine when I get them. I use them to help me find my phone or my keys when I need to go to work. Every time, within a matter of months I get the nuisance notifications about replacing the tile I just bought. I’ve only had this one for 4 months! I’m done. For any users out there that are thinking of trying it, try another option instead unless you want to be pestered, nickeled and dimed out of your money, and basically ripped off in the end anyway. I think I’ll just get a hook near my door for my keys and call it a day. 🙄

    Range is worthless, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been standtrying my right next to my wallet and it doesn’t connect. Also my key ring doesn’t make sound anymore unless there is pressure against the silver button so it’s basically useless now because if I don’t know where my keys are I can’t put pressure on the button to make sound

    this product can’t find anything i’ll be searching for my wallet and the app says it’s no where to be found then i find it with no help from the app and my wallet will literally be in my hand and the app still can’t find it. Don’t buy this product i’ve tried all the resetting and updating and it just doesn’t work maybe my tile is faulty but i have 3 and none of them work so i definitely will not buy this product again.

    Tile invoiced my account for the entire year for tile premium. I wanted the monthly subscription until I felt it was worthwhile. Tile will not change my subscription. Customer service rep for Tile was courteous but unable to assist as it’s Tile policy to not modify or change a subscription. They state free battery replacement with premium, fine print states “ 1 battery replaced”. Tile charges a fee for what it’s competitors include with original purchase. I’m still on the fence in regard to whether it’s any better than it’s competition. The other morning I received an alert that I had left it at home, I was on my way to work. I pulled over and found it in my back pocket. Time will tell as to whether the product will make up for this poor start. As it stands I would not recommend the Tile due to its billing policies and lack of willingness to work with customers.

    I love this app and the 5 tiles I own. With that said I believe there is room for improvement. I am able to use the app to track my keys well but there is not reliable way to find my keys via Google Home. I have the Google Home setup with the Tile shortcut but I’m still not able to say “Okay Google, tell Tile to find my Office Keys” I have labels all of my tiles a unique name but I’m still not able say a simple phase to find my stuff via Google Home.

  • Tile is not getting better!

    I have been a Tile User for close to 4 years. I was a big fan with the first generation tile. It always worked. Over the past two years, I have bought the the new tiles for wallet and stylish key finder. Started seeing the tiles not being recognized or not ringing. Only way you could get it to Ring was after you found your keys and then you tapped it. This wasn’t just one tile, this was several. Also bought the Wallet tile and that thing never worked. I could not hear it or it wouldn’t recognize the lost mode, even when it was 5 feet away. Just moved to the Pebblebee to see if that option is any better.
