Can’t figure anything out. Can you make the app harder to use?

I find that Google Assistant responds accurately more often than Alexa, but right now I (since this latest app update) Echo is easier to setup.

As a software engineer, I am very disappointed in this app. There are numerous bugs in the app that prevent setting changes from propagating to the google home mini. I can almost tell what the code is doing by observing the behavior. Needs some serious QA before being released. Disappointed to say the least.

The latest update is simply amazing. It’s awesome how all the controls for your home automation are on one screen. Nicely done Google.

App used to have my shopping lists. Did they forget to put that in the update? At least I can login to find it, but annoyed it’s no longer in the Home app. Haven’t tried it on my lights, etc yet. I hope I can still mess with the kids by making them think there are ghosts in the house playing music and turning lights on and off. Moowahahah
