Description

Bring structure to your workflow by utilising time blocking technique. Time blocking is an effective strategy for using time wisely and achieving greater results. Blocking out time for specific activities allows you to focus on one task at a time, limit distractions and procrastination. It's really simple to use: 1. Define your tasks at hand, make a task list. 2. Define a block of time during which you will eliminate all distractions and give all your focus to your tasks. Start the timer and work. 3. Take frequent breaks. Regular breaks are conducive to greater productivity and concentration. During these breaks take a breath of fresh air, do some push-ups, stretch or anything else that helps you to restore your power. Your body will thank you. 4. Repeat this work/break cycle and take a longer breaks when you feel you need to. Daily goal setting, analytics, minimalistic design beautiful color themes, notifications and more.

I love the minimal and cohesion. Has definitely made me more aware of my working habits and allowed me to figure out how to improve my workflow over time by limiting the amount of time I spend masturbating. 👍

I bought the paid version. It works great and matches up with the traditional Pomodoro Technique. That being said, the transition between 25 minute sets and 5 minute breaks is a little wonky. Sometimes after finishing a long set, I press the start button, it just starts another 25 minute set, not a break. I have a tap it a few times to get it working great. It also does the same thing if you finish up a break.
  • I bought it on the spot.

I was looking for inspiring time management tool. After I saw the intro slides I've made my decision. Every time I open the app I want to work more. It is a phenomenal app. The most important thing in your life is what you DO! And Workflow will help you do more with Greater Joy.

Helps me start and stick with it through the task. I'm a squirrel with wings and this helps me follow through to completion helping me stake mindful of my natural flighty nature. Good work and thank you.

Very simple to use and enough function in the free version to try it out with some default features. Premium costs $2.99, giving you more themes to pick, unlock goals setting, timer presets, minor tweaks to functionality, and graphs to track your progress. I'm definitely enjoying this app so far.

My issue with the app is that you have to pay to use basically every feature. I won't be purchasing because I am not able to see what it is I am buying.
  • New version is buggy

I have been using this app for over a year, and overall I love the simple design and have had a lot of success with time blocking. However, the current version hasn't been working properly. Auto-starting of sessions hasn't been happening, and whenever it is time for a break, the screen will say "short break," but when I start the timer it starts a 25 minute work session instead. If I don't realize this at first, I sometimes end up taking a longer break by accident, wasting my time. It's a small thing, but when one of the most basic features fails multiple times a day, I am starting to look for other apps that will do the same thing.
