I don’t know why this is considered the best dating app. When I open the app it just takes me to a white screen with a spinning wheel and never does nothing. I tried 3D touching and pressed login, it takes me to login screen but crashes when you tap it. I’ve tried this app on other devices and it does exactly the same thing. I don’t know how other people even get passed the login screen. Instead of spending money on advertising the app you should be spending it on better quality app developers. Devices I’ve tried iPhone X 11.2.2, iPhone 8 Plus 11.2.2, iPad Pro 10.3.3
  • One of the worst out there

This app is so far from anything that resembles a dating app. It’s mostly for people who are totally bored out of their minds looking for snap chat buddies, a place to post bad/inappropriate selfies in one of their “chat groups”, or just a place troll around in general. It’s overrun by 20 somethings so anyone in their 30s is probably too mature for this app. Some guy on there sent me video of himself in the bathtub playing with himself. I reported him and they did nothing. They also did nothing about people posting various types of almost naked pictures in chat rooms and on their profiles. The overall look of the people on there is very trashy and unattractive. Happy to no longer be a user. Tinder and Bumble are definitely way better!!

Awful app. Concept is great but had issues with harassment and when trying to take matters into my own hands like I should as an adult, I was the one banned from the app so Justice was not served. Also, ridiculously overpriced premium.

It's pretty good so far, I'm still new to the app.
  • Scam, trap, poor business practices.

I purchased a new iPhone in December and was cleaning up my iCloud and iTunes when I discovered a running subscription for Clover that I never used. I stopped the monthly renewal so subsequent payments would not occur and requested my money back for the months June through November as reflected in the receipts I provided to Clover. To be clear, I checked out what was advertised as a “free” app in June, wasn’t thrilled with it and deleted the app off my phone right away. Little did I know, the company automatically enrolled me 7 days thereafter for their $19.99 premium plan. I don’t even have a purchase confirmation in my emails indicating I signed up for a subscription. Nor was I prompted on the screen when downloading that I was consenting to purchase. When I requested a refund, I was advised that I had to authorize the purchase to be charged monthly. The thing is iPhones require you to scan your thumb print or login with a password to authorize any kind of download, free or with purchase, and Clover had nothing distinguishing the two. No email, no message generated prior to download or post stating I would be charged, just my money taken monthly quietly so I wouldn’t notice. When communicating with customer service, the representative respond with generic verbiage, not even reading what I wrote and addressing my concerns. As I continued to message they finally sent screenshots showing I would have consented to the purchase when downloading. To confirm this, I downloaded the app again and took my own screenshots indicating no warning of purchase nor confirmation of purchase. I have submitted them to the BBB and will be doing the same with the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs. I do not recommend they continue this business practice. I would like a refund for the app I didn’t use; they could just simply look up my information and see I didn’t use it. Also, I request changes to be made so they don’t continue to take from people without being clear and transparent. Don’t fall into the same trap!

This app needs a feature that filters out people that are inactive users on here. Or at least put their last login date so you know they are no longer active.
