    A beautiful, thoughtful app that praises progress and emotional mindfulness in the most wonderful way. it gamefies your progress without feeling hollow, and caters to your specific mental needs. I have anxiety and depression and using this app twice a day has helped me control my self-destructive tendencies and check in on myself in a way that feels as natural as brushing my teeth. truly the best app i’ve ever used on a smartphone, it’s quickly become indespensible.

    If you are looking into meditating, try this app! It helped me so much! It doesn’t focus much on you and what you want, instead it focuses on how you think and act towards others. I have built so much kindness and peace from Stop Think and Breathe. Trust me, as a human (not robot) who really needs some peace in my life, this app has changed so much for me. Update: unconsider. I didnt mention the fact that only like 10 meditations are free because i thought it would go away or the developers would be kind to people, but no they just want a profit. I deleted it today since i have no use for a few not helpful meditations

    Ok so if your thinking of getting the app make sure to think about what I am going to say. First it’s amazing it turned my life right side up for a long time I used to be sad,mad with no explanation which can be annoying after a while. You get to have a free 3 day trial for the premium unlocking thing or at least that’s what they gave me.But to get the premium it is $58.99 dollars per year and $10.99 each month or something like that. But yeah they have so many choices to choose from and there are different kinds you can try out. You get stickers for prizes for doing stuff I guess. If you don’t get the premium you still have a lot of choices but not as many. You can write in a journal about how you feel or anything. In the beginning you chose a few feeling words of how you feel then. Then they choose some of the good relaxation vids that seem to be good for you. Then they ask you the questions again to see how you feel after. The vids can be 123456789 minutes or hours if you want. This app helps with stress, when your anxious, can’t sleep and so much more! Make sure to get this app it will change your life for the better! Ok thanks for reading BYE

    I love this app and have been using it for over 3 years. Recently updates have locked most of my favorite meditations and now require a premium account to access, which seems to be more of a downgrade to me. Would have rated it 5/5 a month ago.

    I LOVE this app but every time I get on the options get smaller and smaller for people without premium. I simply can’t afford it but the sessions I used to use are now locked.

    When I first started Stop, Breathe, and Think, I was a total skeptic. I was like, how could deep breathing help me with my anxiety? Then, I tried it, and it helped. It helped so much. I had just lost my grandmother to cancer, and was in a bad, and I mean baaaad, mental (and physical) shape, and my anxiety and stress levels were making me unstable, and I was bottling it up because I hate showing “weakness”. But SB&T helped me see that meditation does help, and that crying and grieving is not weakness, it’s strength. I found SB&T at my worst moment, and it helped me get back to my best. So, thank you SB&T, and for the newcomers, welcome, and get used to feeling uncomfortable, because at the beginning it feels weird, and some days you can’t even do it, but if you stick with it, then you will get a result that will forever make you a better person.

    I always recommend this app and my old therapist recommended it to me. It’s great, short meditations and I like that it checks in with you first so you can be mindful of what headspace you’re in and it recommends some based on how you’re feeling. Only thing I don’t like is that if you’re using the free version like me, it’s only a handful on meditations so I’ve gotten bored of it. I recommend starting with this and maybe going to YouTube for more meditations. I really like Jason Stephenson on YouTube; he has a lot of good meditations.

    I cannot stress how much I recommend this app on a weekly basis! It’s helped me so so much! I struggle with anxiety, depression, and ptsd and with the help of the exercises on this app I’ve been able to cope and control my emotions and symptoms better. It’s truly a wonderful app and I recommend that everyone should meditate at least a few times in their lives haha:)
