    Guided meditations. Has been a fav for sev yrs. Good selection, even for free. Because my iPad is an older version which does not go up to iOS10, I can not get the daily feed which was added this year. Love the Check-in system with feelings, and ongoing record of progress. I'm updating again, 6*s if could ! Occasionally I try some other guided medit apps, and ALL others seem to want significant $$, even credit card subscriptions. SBT has more of a Buddhist basis, in that making money seems not to be their main purpose. THANK YOU, SBT !😘❤️

    I don’t usually rate apps but I decided to this time.I was having trouble with anxiety so we tried out this app to practice some steady breathing.Instantly it changed be i now wake up do the meditation and breathing then at 4:30pm I try out some yoga!!!It definitely helps with anything you need to be at peace with! I love the idea of the stickers and they mood chart!! I truly love it!!

    It really helps u take a a couple minutes and really think about things like stress relieve and mindset and much more ! I open the app and mediate once a day if not more ! I love this app !!! It's amazing and actually helpful ! I recommend getting it for sure ! My threpist recomened it to me and she uses it too ! Even if u think ur mindset is stable it doesn't hurt to really think about yourself ! I give this app 1 thousand stars !!!

    Greatful for this app to keep me grounded and it’s a wonder what 5-10 minutes of mindfulness. Recommend to all, really wish though that there was a section to journal. still love it though!

    I use this app at least once a day. It has made meditation a habit for me and now I do it on my own without the app unless my mind is very monkey like. Their guided meditations are solid and really help build your own meditation skills.
