Purchased the “one-time purchase” program a few years ago and that shortly thereafter changed to a crazy subscription model. That product is no longer supported. I purchased a multi-year subscription for a ‘discounted’ price of hundreds of dollars, but I won’t be renewing. That should tell you something.
  • Still a Poorly Written Application

As of this version, it still crashes regularly. (Just on opening now.) The iCloud synchronization is still a fail. I just can’t understand why this cannot be fixed. It is a closed ecosystem—their database, their app.
  • Unstable software and unreachable support

After about a week of buying very expensive subscription for this app I was suddenly unable to add anymore flights. My subscription changed without warning from 03/07/2019 to 03/07/2018. Upon contacting support I got reply with standard useless email. And all of this trouble when I need my logbook for the employment interview! Stay away from Coradine. It use to be a very good

I agree with poynter32 comment on pricing, guys foreflight which includes log book is not far away from you guy and has full blown Electronic Flight Bag included in $200 subscription, that includes charts, you guys also lack of airport database built into the logbook, I am sure most of pilots are frustrated to look for runways while doing record of approaches, foreflight has it built in, I think that software shouldn’t be more than 49.99 a year, I would say you guys are on greedy side

I bought LogTen years ago and Corradine stopped supporting my “version” of their logbook so that they could sell me their new version. They also want to charge for cloud storage now. They have no respect for the customers who bought their product in the first place. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AS THEY HAVE DONE TO THOUSANDS OF PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS.
  • Not worth the cost

I tried a few different digital log books and used them side by side for the last 2 months. LogTen, whole having lots of hype and good comments proved to be rather clunky and at times frustrating. I fly different aircraft and one point of frustration comes from LogTen entering an old Hobbs time that had to be cleared each time an entry is made, including separate legs of the same trip. Tracking and entering approaches flown is also poorly designed. Why do I need to tell you the type and runway of an approach when I’ve told you where it was flown?, why isn’t there a drop down provided? Every trip requires a new identifier to be searched and added, and tomorrow you’ll be doing the same thing, for destinations you frequent. Then the best part, after 250 hours, I need to pay either 80 or 130 if I want it on my computer too? There’s other programs much more intuitive and faster that provide the same reports without the time consuming effort it takes to enter time.
  • Does its job

Doesn’t let you log night landings or takeoffs
  • Insanely expensive

I know this app is probably the best all-around digital logbook app out there, but $79 for a year? Not even lifetime? Come on

Not fair to force changing the application and plan without the function of backing up via WiFi before switching to the new app.
  • Great Product with Great Support

I love this app. After every flight I log it on my iPhone. I also have the app on my iPad. By the time I get into my house the wifi has kicked in and the flight is on both products. Product support via email is prompt. The app can easily be customized for any aviation enthusiast
