The ultra cycling event uses this app. I got the app. I even purchased the app which I did not want to but had to to use for the event. Then I’m still not able to access all of the features until I upgrade again. Then the app wants access to my photos. Subscription cancelled already.
  • Great Strava alternate with better mapping

Keep coming back to this app. Syncs seamlessly to my Wahoo Elemnt. Great directions. Whenever I’m somewhere new and need to work out a ride, or whenever I get bored with Strava’s incessant need to introduce me to people I’ve said NO to before I end up back here. Happy to pay the price for great mapping, turn by turn directions, segments that work for me, and the ability to invite the friends I want to invite. Stats are well thought out too. Worth the money.

It would be nice to have Apple Watch support and the ability to create routes on my phone.
  • Not intuitive and difficult to use

Tried to follow a ride route and it was a fail. The audio was slow and annoying so I had to turn it off. Unfortunately, when riding a bike, it’s hard to be looking at your phone. I’m trying to find information on Cust service and they clearly don’t want to make that accessible. I can’t seem to find it. I’m getting charged for this app which makes it even more frustrating. I don’t recommend.

Awful app. Difficult to use, made worse by nickel-and-diming for capabilities. I purchased the trial subscription and nothing unlocked. The app kept telling me to upgrade. I’m not sure if I’m going to be billed multiple times for this foolish escapade. I’d rather buy a truck stop map than take my chances with this app.
  • Auto pause doesn’t work

If I stop for awhile, say lunch, even if I say resume ride, it stays auto paused telling me to move in order to un pause. Buggy unintuitive app. I’m a programmer so I have little patience for crap like this.

I paid for a week subscription to try the turn by turn navigation audio on a route. The audio was correct about 80% of the time, which got me 100% off course several times. Sometimes it would tell me to turn when I needed to go straight, and sometimes it would not say a word when I turn was needed.

Someone sent me a link to a local bike tour. The link opened onto the website, where I was promised the ride would be saved to my account if I signed up. So I signed up. Needless to say, the promised route was not saved. So I went back to the Safari page and signed in there. Guess what? It said my (auto-generated, saved, and thumbprint enabled) password was wrong. So I signed back into the app, where the (same auto-saved finger-print generates) password works. There seems to be no way to get the shared route map into the app. I’m trying to accomplish this on my iPhone. For someone new to using it, this app is not at all user-friendly. It may be a different story if you’re already using similar apps or gps devices. I just want to take a nap!
  • Mobile Mapping?

Super awesome app! I love planning new rides from my computer, but I would really like to plan them from my phone because zooming in on roads is much easier from my phone. I know of a few apps where you can plot runs and bike rides but this app is much better. Any chance of an update where users can create routes via their mobile device?

Generally, this is a decent app. Most things work. At times judging an upcoming turn is confusing due to the scale of my IPhone screen and at times, after a pause the app wants to only display the nav map and no data - which I spend minutes trying to recover. Annoying. The biggest problem with the app in my experience is that auto pause doesn’t work well at all. My Garmin watch will pause immediately and I have to physically pause the app almost always. (Yes, I have auto pause enabled. ) Fixing auto pause gives this another star.
