    Since install the updated app on my iPhone I have not been able to use it. Keeps saying now internet connection when I do have an internet connection. I have to go to google and log in from that internet connection. I have sent numerous requests for tech assistance over and have not received any response about the problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the update numerous times and it does not fix the problem.
  • Love the content, hate the interface

    The new interface for iPad (mini, an older one) is awful. The old one was bad enough, but this new one is clunky, slow, and even harder to navigate. The "return" arrow keeps telling me that I've added or not added the show to my watchlist ... which I can't find anyway, so it really doesn't matter. The "resume watching" feature takes upwards of a half-dozen tries to get to work. And what's with the big pictures instead of a simple list? Hate it.
  • Can No Longer Use on iPads

    When I open the app on my or my husband’s iPad, it says there is no internet connection. No. They is an internet connection. So then I tap on settings in the app, and it wants me to enter my username and password. I do and it tells me they are wrong. No. They aren’t. I’ve done all of this multiple times and nothing works. I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Three times. We still can’t use the Acorn app on either iPad. We can use it on Apple TV, but now, this week, the new shows aren’t appearing that should have shown up on Monday. Two examples are Episode 17 of Murdoch Mysteries (Season 11) and Season 2 Episode 3 of Good Karma Hospital. I have never been so frustrated with an app.

    Thank you for not responding to my problem. 2 days later and no email!! Will not renew my subscription.your tech department needs a lot of help and wants.l will be looking into BritBox
  • Murdoch Mysteries Disappeared

    Suddenly seasons 12 - 14 are gone. The description says 14 seasons available but I can only access 1 - 11. Was this caused by the last update? Please bring back the rest of the series...soon!
  • Can’t watch a thing

    Subscribed through the App Store for a one week trial and whenever I try to play a show it tells me to subscribe. Then it tells me I’ve already subscribed and refuses to play the show. Rinse and repeat. This trial is certainly turning out to be just that, a trial.
  • Not worth it

    If you are running the latest software update, forget it. This app will not let you in. If you try logging into your existing account it will keep telling you that your email or password are incorrect. Trying to reset your password? Good luck with that too. That option will not let you complete either. Acorn will however let you into your account if you do it via their website, thereby bypassing the app. This app needs a major overhaul and total revamp since the last system update. Last year I opted for the annual subscription, but I think I will cancel and maybe revert to the monthly option, or maybe not!
  • Great Content; Terrible User Experience

    I love the shows but the app is terrible. It constantly hangs up and I have to delete and reinstall. It also “forgets” that I am a fully paid subscriber, blocking viewing and telling me to subscribe, even though it tells me I am logged in and active. It’s a maddening user experience. And they are very unresponsive to requests for service.

    First it crashes. Now it says no internet connection when there obviously is. Can’t sign in! Funny, because I can sign in perfectly fine with the same info on the computer. The mobile app is now useless and that was my favourite part.
